Feel free to contact me with any questions or to discuss arranging an initial consultation.
Services
Individuals who may not be experiencing significant distress, but who would like to learn more about themselves. I work with individuals who are going through transitions or who are feeling stuck or overwhelmed in their current roles or circumstances. My role as a therapist is to be a careful listener and a collaborative partner in the therapy process.
I provide psychological and psycho-educational assessments for young adults and adults. These evaluations are a useful tool in identifying areas of personal strengths and challenges that may be affecting school, work, home-life, and relationships. The results from the assessment are used to develop personalized strategies or recommendations for achieving greater success and functioning.
Psychological or psychoeducational assessments - the cost varies depending on the nature of the evaluation and is based on an hourly rate of $200. Please inquire directly about the estimated total cost for an assessment. I am an in-network provider for Pacific Source, Reliant Behavioral Health, and First Choice Health, and Regence/Blue Cross Blue Shield.
I recommend you consult a map and review directions prior to your appointment. I will be happy to assist you with specific directions if needed. The office is easily accessible by public transit, car, or bicycle. There is free on-street parking available. If your appointment is scheduled to last longer than two hours, such as for an assessment, be sure to discuss parking with me.
