My Husband and I have been looking for a house for awhile. We have a great realtor not at Margaret Rudd and associates, that has stood behind for awhile. We finally found a home that we could start our next journey in. As we went to make a final look at everything the property had to offer, a strange man and woman pulled in. My family and I rented Mist You just this past week. The location of the home was perfect but other than that the house was filthy. This house hasn’t been cleaned in months and if they say it has been they’re… lying!! Every piece of furniture was stained, broken windows, all comforters on beds apparently haven’t been washed in months. Crumbs left on the toaster, food in the dishwasher, food left in freezer. All windows were not functional, broken blinds that were also not functional. Hair and dust under beds, on window sills and blinds. Outdoor chairs were broken where

DO NOT EVER RENT from this company. Their website is faulty (automatically checks that you don’t want insurance) and they refuse to work with you to reschedule when a hurricane plows threw your rental area. Even though you can’t physically go on the island because the area is under emergency evacuation. Tough luck they said! The attitude on the… phone after *several* attempts to make contact is ridiculous. They’ll reach out to us! Only 7 or so hours after getting an automatic email telling us we are good to go! About a day before we are supposed to come down for our stay

Rented a house last year and got there to find glass in the floor, dirty floors, dirty dishes, the microwave splattered in nastiness, a bees nest in the outside seating, and a chair broke with one of our people sitting in it who got a cut down the leg as a result.
Was willing to try again this year and with a mandatory evacuation (that they did… not tell us about) we are forced to endure rudeness when we call to check. We are scheduled to check in within 5 days with the evacuation still in place and we have no news from them without pressuring and they still don’t tell us anything

The house we rented, was the most awful experience I have ever had. We rented the entire home for a hefty price and it was very very disappointing. The house was dirty, broken and just way below my expectations… for a home that price. From the attitude of the office staff to having to have several things fixed and having to have the house cleaned and an exterminator come when we first got there to even have it be livable it was a HUGE disappointment. I will NEVER rent from this place again because apparently they can’t take care of or encourage the owners of the home they manage to
