At the helm of Palm Realty you will find Kathy Luckadoo Ross and Emma Jean Hall, two very experienced real estate brokers who have coupled their unique skills to forge a partnership that is customer-centered. Although different in their approach, both of these real estate professionals share a very common thread.
Palm Realty opened in 2019 by two-full time Real Estate Brokers, Kathy Luckadoo Ross and Emma Jean Hall. Kathy had carried the vision of Palm Realty in her mind almost her entire career in Real Estate. Then, on one sunny afternoon, in a phone conversation between Kathy and Emma Jean, Kathy shared her vision and Emma Jean quickly recognized the potential and told Kathy that it was time for her to stop visualizing it and to make it a reality.
Crystal was born and raised in Southern Brunswick County. She has been licensed in real estate for three years. As an investor herself, Crystal has the ideal foundation for selling and buying homes in Brunswick County, as well as, the many coastal towns surrounding the area. Crystal is a graduate of Campbell University, where she obtained her degree in Financial Planning and Business.

My husband and I were looking for a seasonal home in NC on a holiday weekend. We were directed to Jenn Meaney. She spent her entire weekend with us showing us properties along the coast. She was so flexible and accommodating and was very happy to spend her time with us, which we appreciated since it was a holiday weekend. She drove us around the area and really made a point to understand what we were looking for and made helpful suggestions. She was great to work with and is so friendly, patient, thorough and personable! I would highly recommend Jenn Meaney!
