The service here is horrible! It took them 2 months to get my contact lenses in and thats only after I contacted them to see where my contacts were. They hadn’t even been ordered. Then I was told it would be a week and they would be delivered to my house, after 2 weeks I called back and they still weren’t delivered. Then they were the wrong strength so it took another 2 weeks. Then they sent me an invoice for an amount saying it was the overage on my contacts when in reality my insurance paid for more than what the contacts were. I will never go back to them again.

They really helped me out! I knew I had poor vision sometimes but I didn't realize how bad it was. That said, I don't have insurance that covers eye visits It was extremely scared I wasn't going to be able to afford it. However, I was extremely surprised at the overall price of everything andwand even able to order glasses same day. On a side note, if I wouldn't have had all the money to pay they had already told me they would work with me. I truly feel they want to help out and make sure everybody can see!! ❤️

Custom eyes in Pocahontas has always had an amazing staff, that are wonderful with my children, and that means a lot coming from a mom with five babies. They are hands down one of the best eye clinics I’ve gone to in several years. Very respectful and profession yet they make you feel like your family from the time you walk into the door. We’ve always been greeted with a smile and respect, plus excellent care.
