Bob previously owned and operated Affordable Remodeling as well as Sunset Remodeling. He found that as the economic times changed it became harder and harder for financing for his customers home needs.

I read all the reviews here and that’s the reason why I decided to go with this mortgage lender. What I should have noticed is that all the reviews are close to a year old so perhaps things used to be good before. My experience was not the best, I felt taken advantage of, not fully informed, and confused in the process. There were a lot of questions that I had. I’ve purchased properties before but not in New York so this was my first experience here. I have always worked with mortgage lenders And they have always been top notch except for this experience. Did I get the loan? yes, was it a good

Wow I can probably write a book On How Great Things worked for me in my family in the Care of Northeast Funding ( Bob, Michelle,) etc... that made it Possible for me in my first time Home buying PROCESS!!! If I had to do it all Over again I will -with Northeast Funding all THINGS are Possible😇 && I love my new Home Thanks Again.

Bob was the mortgagee for the buyers of a home I sold recently. I was so impressed with the personal commitment he showed to getting this deal done, and this was not a big money house. He actually drove forms to my house for signature and then dealt directly with the town on a permit issue, on my behalf - while working for my buyer! He knows his stuff and he goes the extra mile for his clients. I highly recommend him.

Bob and Michelle made buying a home easy! From the beginning, Bob walked us through our options explaining every line item, cost, scenario, etc. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all of our questions promptly! Bob went above and beyond to find us the best insurance and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way! Bob and Michelle kept us updated on the whole process. After a horrible experience trying to obtain a loan with a bank with my first home, my husband and I utilized a different mortgage broker. There we had a wonderful experience! When the time came to upgrade our home, we reached out to the same broker. After receiving some unfavorable numbers, with PMI, I knew there were other options. In that time, Bob and I have formed a relationship in a local chamber business group. Contacting Bob was the best phone call we could have ever made. I cannot recommend Northeast Funding enough! Working with Bob was such a great experience as a first time home buyer. He's incredibly knowledgeable, and really easy to get a hold of at any time of day. The numbers he provided me for planning purposes were spot on, so there were no surprises throughout the process. Also, all of the documents I had to sign were done online which made the process really easy. I recommend Them them to everyone I can!

Applied for a refinance referred by a home improvement contractor instead of going with my bank. With encouragement from NE Funding chose a loan with a higher interest rate with a lender credit so we could get more cash back at closing to pay off our bills. After the closing and looking over paperwork again we noticed the lender credit wasn't listed. I emailed asking when we will get the credit. Received an email back stating the funds from the loan will be wired to me and escrow balance from last loan will be sent to me by check. I emailed back again since he did not answer my question about the
