I agree with the other sentiments on tattoo removal here. Very nice staff and facility (which is why I gave a 3) but I am upset with my tattoo removal process. I've followed directions to a tee - yet, not seeing progress as promised. I will be finishing my

I went in for one appointment and was able to actually meet with two other people the same day. The service was spectacular and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this place to anyone searching for the services they provide. I'd like to say a special thank you to Aubrey- Patient Services Specialist, Breanda- NP Master Injector, Ashtin- Provider/ Aesthetician, Marcia- Consultant, and Brandi- Front Desk!! This was the first time Anaya was my provider!! She has an air of confidence which I love!! Her assessment of my needs where spot on. I have a history of bruising, she took extra measures to ensure that did not happen. My results are beyond fantastic. She has such a positive energy the whole experience was as relaxing as it could be. Thank you thank you thank you. During this trying year I needed something to go better than expected !!!

DO NOT waste your money on these unapologetic scammers. I was a long time customer - I had many services done, not just one. Every time something is wrong they deny, brush it off, and finally they ignored, didn't call back and then said SOL. My chin was cut in a dermaplane application (I have pics) and my lip fillers oozed out of my lips in a month (I have pics) and whatever they are doing Botox is short lived. Spent thousands on their ineffective laser treatments. What did for me is Kelly throwing me the "this is our company policy, if you want to pay for it again we will do it."

WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I've never had such a bad experience as I have with Satin Med Spa. This was my first tattoo removal experience and the owner Jennifer told me it would be about 3-6 sessions to remove my tattoos. This was March 2017!!! It's been almost 4 years and 15 sessions later and they are not even half gone!! I finally decided to get opinions from other experts and they have all said my skin is so hyper and hypo pigmented there's nothing they can do!!!! They all said the heat settings were too high and now my skin is completely damaged. I wish I wouldn&apos

This was my first time going to Satin Med Spa, but it certainly won't be my last. I found them as a provider for the Miradry treatment, and Anya, CJ and Aubrey made it into an amazing experience! I was made to feel so comfortable and supported, I honestly wish I could've stayed longer to hang out because that's awesome they all are. Anya even made time in her busy schedule to give me a quick Lip Flip after. Also it should be noted that they are taking safety precautions during covid and the entire facility is very clean. Can't wait to go back to see them soon! Highly recommend

This spa has been the best spa I went to for laser hair removal treatments. I have been going to this spa since 2015. The staff is consistently friendly. Misty does an excellent job and very thorough in her line to work! She also makes you feel very comfortable in an uncomfortable situation of getting laser treatments. The results are amazing!

I've beem working with Amber at Satin for nearly 3 years. I've been thrilled with the skin care I receive. Amber has been very informative and enabled me to reduce my skin care products in half by educating me on what's useful, what's harmful, and what's not even worth my money. She's introduced me to new products that have literally changed my skin for the better. I really look forward to our monthly sessions.

I'm so glad I found Amber! I turned 40 a few months ago and decided it was time to get my skin under control, especially when it was taking 3-4 months to get an appointment with my dermatologist.
I am incredibly fair-complected, have had acne for almost 15 years, and have melasma. I scheduled an appointment with Amber after reading all the accolades and awards, but I was still nervous and a little embarrassed about all my skin problems. Amber couldn't have been more normal and understanding and helpful. She is SO SMART about skin, and I felt so comfortable around her at my first appointment
