Dr. Rafael Nieto is a compassionate healer who uses a combination of alternative and allopathic medicine with state-of-the-art and non-invasive cosmetic procedures to help men and women achieve health and beauty from inside and out. The treatments available in our spa are available to not only polish your skin, but to help you feel your best. Acupuncture is one of the main treatment options in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
We use bio-identical hormones and hormones precursors for most hormonal problems, ages 18 - 65. We customize your treatments slowly building up hormone levels with non-synthetic medications to avoid toxic byproducts that increase liver toxicity and to reduce the risk of blood clots. Kybella is an FDA-approved injectable medication that breaks down fat in the submental region (double chin).
As an experienced Internal Medicine board certified physician, he creates a personalized therapy with herbal products, medications, diet and lifestyle changes. He also uses diverse liquid products as colonic infusions during the session. The selection of those products varies depending on your digestive issues.

This picture is how my lips look nearly a month after the bad lip filler job by Dr. Rafael Nieto. So embarrassing and what a terrible experience. Immediately after the procedure, Dr. Nieto's assistant Cathy said that the right side looked much fuller. I was concerned about how big the top looked compared to the bottom. Dr. Nieto assured me that he could melt some down and add some more to the bottom once they settled. I have contacted them and they are now unresponsive and refuse to fix it, and am stuck looking like this.

Dr. Rafael is the best in Charlotte. When I moved from Mecca Of Health & Beaty ( Miami) , I had to do an extensive research on same quality or better quality doctor here. After a few unfortunate trials, I was happy to find Izar Institute . Rafael as absolutely beyond phenomenal. He takes such great care in what is best for the patient. He cares about each person and has such a wealth of knowledge as an MD in a med spa. He will never try to sell you services you don’t need. He may even advise against what you’re asking for if it’s not best for you or your lifestyle. He is an artist that takes a great deal of pride in his clients’ results and I recommend him to EVERYONE I know. Beyond 5 star recommendation. Alena and Cathy are also outstanding. When you first make a call or walk into the office, you will speak with two sweethearts named Alena and Cathy they are the glue that keeps all the beautiful pieces of Izar together. They truly cares about clients and strives to make genuine connections with each of them.
Alena keeps me on my toes by kindly reminding me when I have an appointment coming up, as well as provides integral knowledge on the types of services I had receive. Alena makes also great suggestion on a client care plan

Izar Wellness is a fabulous facility, relaxing, calming and full of new treatment to help you feel your best. Dr. Nieto is so friendly and accommodating…even if you have 100s of questions, like me, he answers, explains and recommends the best options for you…my skin type is different and with the aging process, I’m forever looking for ways to hydrate and lift…needless to say, I’m no longer searching..,no surgery needed, modern medicine

Dr. N made an agreement with my fiancé, a microblading artist/fibroblast tech, that consisted of her providing microblading and Fibroblast services at his spa for his patients, for a percentage of the money earned.
