Dr. Ho is hands down the best dentist I have ever been to. Â I had a horrible experience with another dentist a few years back, and have been terrified to see a dentist since then. Â I had a filling done without novocaine, even though I was crying and asking for something for the pain.

Karen and her team are amazing! I've been a patient of theirs for over 10 years and they are consistently friendly, professional and effective. I'm still amazed that they remember my name, family and personal details every time I visit.
I also like how organized they are with their appointment system. You will get an email and text message notifying you of your appointment when scheduled and a few days ahead of time.
Even though I moved about 20 minutes away from them and could have found a closer dentist, I still go here and will continue to go as long as I can.

My wife and I have been going to Dr Karen Ho's for a couple of years on the strong recommendation from friends. We have been very pleased. Dr. Ho is very friendly and is very professional and does great work.. Also we are very happy with our dental hygenists Raj and Yen...They do a great job every time! As soon as i arrived for my appointment, Dr.Ho and her staff were extremely attentive, they asked if I had any prior concerns before my appointment, and showed me to my chair almost immediately, they even got me in early. The assistants that clean your teeth before the doctor comes in vary from time to time, but I find that each and every one of them have done an amazing job, making sure I'm comfortable during the cleaning, and asking if I need a break. Dr.Ho's staff are extremely friendly, and never fail to make me feel welcome, I don't think i'll ever consider going to a different

Great office with friendly Staff. Dr Ho is really caring, amazing and through in her exam. The other dentist I used to go to, wanted to extract my tooth and do implant about 3 years ago. I am so glad I came to Kren Ho to get a second opinion. Dr Ho was able to save my tooth and now even after 3 years, still no problem with that tooth.

I have been needing a dentist since moving from Los Angeles to attend UCSF and came across Dr. Ho. She and her staff are friendly, attentive and incredibly professional. I was reluctant to find a new dentist after moving from Los Angeles. I tried one up in San Mateo, but it wasn't a good fit. He was nice enough, but I just didn't feel comfortable. I’ve been with Dr. Ho’s Dentistry for almost two years. Her staff are professional and responsive. I do my teeth cleaning with Yen and she does a great job. Dr. Ho did some major work on my teeth. She informed me what needed to be done and how long it took. She’s very patient and inform me step by step what’s going on. Everyone at Dr. Ho’s office is friendly. I would highly recommend this place.

My visit to Dr. Karen Ho's office was amazing! As soon as I entered the office, I was greeted with smiles all around and they made my first time process very easy. I was then greeted by a hygienist and she was fantastic! She was super fun to talk to and made my experience very comfortable. Inside the decor looked really nice! The blue color of the walls and the grey color of the cabinets really complimented each other and I found it to be super visually pleasing. I never knew I could love going to the dentist. Then I came here. I have so many glowing things to say about this practice that I cannot let these dental heroes go unsung!
Karen and the hygienist that I've had twice now is AMAZING. They really take the time to care for you and explain to you what's going on! Since I've started going to Karen, I have moved to Fremont and I don't care, I'll make the drive to this place!!

Karen Ho has been my dentist for the last 10 years. We moved from the South Bay to San Francisco about 5 years ago, and last year I decided I would try to find a dentist that is closer to me. However after one experience with another practice, I have decided to start making the long trip down to Campbell once again because it made me realize how amazing of a dental practice Karen's is!

We found Dr. Ho herself to be quite pleasant but there were three major issues we encountered:
1. The equipment/facilities were rather run-down (which may in the interim have changed, with a new office).
2. My wife noticed that the hygienist was not using completely clean/sanitized tools on her: big no-no).
3. The receptionist/billing-payment person was an absolute nightmare. She preceded every sentence with a phrase along the lines of, "I've been doing this for 40 years," ominously intoned, the implication being that however outlandish her behavior was, it was justified on the

Dr. Ho and her staff, are so wonderful! Before I found her, I was a bit embarrassed with my teeth, since they are NOT perfect and I was intimated with dentists. I had a bad experience with my last and that's probably why it took me quite a bit of time to see a new dentist.

After going to the same dentist for my entire life, I was hesitant in finding a new primary dentist when I moved out to Cali. I'd actually waited over a year (ew, you should get your teeth cleaned every 6 months) to find a dentist that would be covered under my PPO. I had such a great experience today at Dr. Ho's office. Although it was only my third time there, I felt like I've been going there longer than that! - everybody was very welcoming and professional. Dr. Ho is knowledgeable, patient and compassionate. She understood my fear of any kind of discomfort or pain and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure. I no longer have such an intense fear of going to the dentist- thanks to her! I really respect the work that she offers and, most importantly, her kindness! I've been seeing Dr. Ho for 5 years and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone needing a dentist. She is very friendly and cheerful, with a calm chair-side manner. Everything is done quickly and efficiently, and pain-free!
