Amazing service and great selection of scooters! They were informative upon delivery and showed me how to use the bike and all the features. He also recommended some security items (lock and drum brake lock). I brought the bike back for the 300 mile service and everything went great! 5 stars for cycle Ivans!

They were fabulous to work with. The delivered the Scooter to my home and spent time showing me how to handle it and ride it. Just a great experience all around

If you want to fix your scooter right. Go somewhere else. Take you money and run. They don't know what they are doing. I leave it out in the rain. I don't know why they would even do that.They will blame that parts issues ... no help.. anything not to do the work. They will charge you a bunch of money for nothing.This is a true and honest. Take it to Boca Scooters. They will take care of things and not leave you out in the rain.
Because I can't give no stars they are not a place to go.

Typically a pretty good experience. If I had any issues with a scooter or motorcycle, I would take it their first no doubt. Their prices from experience are usually fair and less expensive than most other places around the area.

When I got my first scooter I took it to this place; the worst customer service, and they change my carburetor even when my carburetor was good, at that time I didn’t know anything about motorcycles… I just figured out later. Also I had a friend that took his scooter there and they did the same with his scooter.
That was very dishonest.

Ivan always offer excellent service today I just went in to pick up a helmet but always have my scooters fixed by Ivan and he does a great job.

Scooter shops are an important part of any community. They are a good sign that there is an active push for responsible and practical transportation reform in the area, and that said area is safe enough and close-knit enough to facilitate such an idyllic commute. Not to mention, coming from Key West myself, I have experienced many scooter shops and mechanics that were .. let's say, in the business for reasons that, may not be what you would call morally well-founded.

Worst repair experience of my life. On two experiences the Bike did not start day after picking up. Instead of working with customer and fixing the problem they try charging you more money. First they told me I used the wrong gasoline (employee at the cash register agreed with me he only recommends ethanol free because it's the best which is what I only use) ...the next time I bring it the owner drove it himself for 3 days to make sure it ran perfect...day later it doesn't start and he tells me it's my fault because the bike was kept in the rain and my starter button fell off (admittedly

I bought my bike here and I think they could have done me wrong a couple times with bike repairs from my first bike and.something they failed to.do (letting it out) this failer cause a ticking in my engine

Asked about purchasing a specific scooter guy tells me no not possible. Not even trying to help

Took my 2005 Honda Rune there for the front and rear tire replacement. Took about four hours for the work. Then the mechanic took it for a test ride. He returned after about 30 minutes. My bike only has about 6,000 miles on it because I ride it very little. The bike sat at home for two months before I took it out to clean and change the oil. While it was up on the stand I noticed a dent on the lower left muffler cover and on the lower side of the engine guard. Any scooter rider's worst nightmare is catching a flat tire, especially if you are traveling at high speeds on the turnpike. Even worse is if you are in an unfamiliar area with no access to a gas station for miles, tire is off the rim, and your only option is to wait hours for an expensive tow to the closest scooter shop!

Thankfully, Les & Ivan not only had favorable online reviews, but they were conveniently located to me in WPB, and were very accommodating to my circumstances.

Stopped in to look for a used scooter for my son...they had a very affordable inventory, however we were looking for something closer to new. I was very impressed by their helpfulness. When I mentioned a bike we saw elsewhere, Ivan recommended we go right back and buy it, said it was a great price, gave it two thumbs up and even printed off the Kelly Blue Book value and reviews for us. Great service from a guy who had no skin in that game...thank you, Ivan! We did go back and buy it! Having your print out got us an even better deal. My son will be seeing you for service for sure!

Just got back after great experience with Ivans. Scooter had been stolen and when we actually got it back, there was so much damage and we just needed an estimate to give courts for the theft case. Didn't want to spend money for something unfixable that I most likely won't see back. Rubbing salt to injury I think.
