I've been going to Bobby since he opened many years ago. I've had at least 5 of my bikes serviced and customized, and always a great outcome. I tell him what I want to do, and he tells me how he will do it! He always tells me the cost up front, no surprises. I'm a customer for Life! Thanks Bobby, Marie and all the staff!

Bobby runs a clean shop and he was decent about not "price gouging" me like so many other independent shops do...especially those that are in Boca Raton.
You can tell he loves his work. His shop is clean and orderly which speaks volumes about his work ethic.

I have used this shop a few times to work on my bike. Work was expensive but when I got it back it worked so I stayed with them/him. When I was in an accident they asked for my business and I gave it to them. Insurance company paid him and everything went bad from there. In January, 2.5 months after accident. I was told it would be finished in two weeks. In April I was told it still wasn't finished and was told it would be ready April 21 when I was going to be in town. April 21st I was told two more weeks. Later I was told it was done and shippers were contacted this has continued week after

First custom service motorcycle shop I've ever done work with in and its more than everything I've expected. I've been to a lot of regular dirtbike and motorcycle shops, but only because I rode for them or were friends with them. Bobby took me in with open arms and I feel more at home here than any place Ive ever been to. He is to the point and honest. No BS here. He isnt going to just take your money, he wants the best for you and your buck.
Tips: Come in on Saturday chill out and talk motorcycles with Bobby or any other person that comes in. You can also get your motorcycle cleaned

Had a knocking noise in the primary of my road king and bobby ended up finding that my last mechanic used the wrong tools to work on my bike. He Found loose bolts and wrong bolts being used . American v twin fixed what I needed fixed and went the extra mile to clean and fix extra stuff that needed attention. My bike starts up better now. Fast and professional, Thank you, keep up the good work guys, definitely a trust worthy place to bring your bike!

Any time I'm in this shop it's a great experience. They live, eat, breath bikes. They have serviced quite a few of my bikes over the years so I can say with confidence you won't be disappointed. Was new to south Florida and in need of service on my newly purchased 08 883 custom. I was excited to find that American v-twin was no more than 1/4 mile from my house. Initially I went to the shop to get an exhaust manifold tightened. I left there without a charge and with some other things done I hadn't even asked for. I wen back 6 weeks later for a 5 k service and a detail as I couldn't be happier. Bobby is a straight shooter and seems to be running a legit business. I would recommend this place to anyone
