Brian was a lifesaver tonight when a Lizard tripped our pump switch. I called him and he actually walked me through how to reset the switch and it worked like a charm! I have used another service for years but I am definitely going to be calling Blackwelder for our future services.

Super efficient & knowledgeable! I was mildly panicked as our pump decided to stop working while my husband was out of town, but these guys came out quickly, figured out the problem and how to take care of it, took the time to explain it to me and then got right to work! Highly recommend!

A huge Thank you! to Brian and crew they responded in 45 minuets to my pump issue had me up and running in a short time. My pump failed Christmas day and fearing holiday weekend charges would break the bank I waited until Monday to call after talking with Brian his extra charge would have been well worth it considering no water for two days. I will highly recommend Blackwelder pump to everyone and guaranty I will use them for any repair or install needs that I have.

Mr. Blackwelder was polite, honest and patient with me while I was a bit of a basket case on the phone. The phone was answered by a person (not a machine) and he maintained good communication when updating me on his arrival time. Turned out I had a broken pipe and he fixed my issue with ease. He fit me into a busy day the same day I called. I'm a happy customer.

Our well had a sudden issue and none of the other "24-hour" businesses were answering. Thankfully Blackwelder did and they not only fixed the problem, but they came back multiple times when our well continued to cause problems. Very knowledgable and professional, responsive and patient. Highly recommend.

Very happy girl today. It wasn't even an hour wait time and they were here. My well has been acting up for a while. We called Blackwelder, It wasn't even an hour and Brian and his helper showed up...with smiles.It was thundering and lightening and they pressed on reguardless. Thank you for you quick response and fair price!!! I will be calling again if any more trouble😘😘

Great business. Guys where hard working and knowledgeable. My last irrigation company constantly no-showed and somehow couldn't figure out what was wrong with my sprinklers. Owner of this company was very busy but I considered that a good sign that he does good business and that was exactly the cas. I would rather wait an extra week and not get ripped off. Thanks guys.

A HUGE shout out to Brian Blackwelder! He not only answered his phone at 11 am yesterday when I needed him, he came out & assessed my issue ( Yikes! no water coming to my house) within 2 hours of my call & had it fixed & running water by 6 pm. I was told by another company I needed a new well without the guy doing any assessment or even looking at any of my equipment. Something told me to call someone else. As it turned out.. I only needed a new pump. I am beyond thankful I was referred to Blackwelder Pump & Irrigation! Brian was so Honest, quick & unbelievably punctual & professional. Wells, pumps
