We hired Todd to remodel our bathroom. We had an idea of what we wanted but were not sure how to get there. Todd helped us with the design, blue prints, finding plumbers, electricians and painters, licenses, as well as the work he did himself. It was such a reassurance to have him manage the project. It turned out better then we ever expected. He is respectful of the home, meticulous and a skilled craft man. I highly recommend him and have used him since then to do some fine tuning of a home I recently bought. Everything looks great! Thanks Todd.

Todd spent time with us to help figure out our needs. He came up with some great solutions. Even though we decided not to do the project, I have no doubt that Evergreen would have done an excellent job. Todd was more concerned with what we felt we needed than with getting a sale. I would have no problem recommending them.
