Been dealing with this company 9 years and because I shopped around for other insurance and left them they want me to pay 6 months up from never heard of that before but I will never recommend nor do business with company ever again

After my policy was canceled I called and requested a copy of my binder to give my new insurance carrier and I was accused of having the intent of forging insurance papers by Kisher. Also she was not helpful at all with getting my money refunded. When I called asking about my refund she wouldn't return mycalls

Five Star insurance. I will give it TWO STARS. This agency used to be good years ago, now the office does not do their job. No one takes responibily and they ignore standard requests such as rate quotes and end of policy cancellation. This company overdrafted my bank account after policy cancellation.
I suggest going to 5 Star only to get the lowest rate, then dealing with the insurance company directly.
