I filed an insurance claim for stolen + damaged property in early Feb. Here it is June 17, and I am still waiting for reimbursement. I call her office repeatedly and am told by Angie she has no answers and that "it's out of her hands". I wouldn't do business with someone who takes my money for a service and then says the fulfillment of the service is "out of her hands". After many years of being protected by State Farm, through other break-ins and auto damages in Tampa, this is an anomaly. To have these claims still unpaid during a National crisis is criminal. I give Angie Sue Brown's State Farm 5 stars because I worked with Waymon who was very knowledgeable concerning my vehicle and never once told me a bunch of stuff just to get me "on board" or "rip me off". After more than 13 yrs away I'm very happy to be back with State Farm n although I couldn't afford it presently, Waymon gave us a WONDERFUL price to bundle our house n car. I'm presently waiting to hear from him as to what to do with this little blinking box I was sent. We didn't discuss it. If we did, I forgot! I think Angie has great people working for her agency n because of the service I received
