Dr. Jeremy Hoff is a third generation orthodontist and life long friend of Dr. Stephen Tracey, so it was destiny that he became a world-class Orthodontist. Dr. Hoff's background in 3D imaging, sleep apnea and anatomy has caused him to think much differently about orthodontics, much more holistically.
We are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! We put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment. Our staff is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each member of our team has years of experience treating patients with the highest level of care.
Should you have an orthodontic emergency outside of normal office hours, we can be reached 24-7 by calling the office and speaking to our live answering service. Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
We strive to provide affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. Our office accepts payments by cash, checks, and Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. We also offer low- and no-interest financing options through our office as well as through third parties.

Best ever service! Everyone is so friendly! Tracey was my orthodontist back in 2015 when I had braces and he was the most genuine human always made my experience comfortable and took care of any needs! Super flexible, the rewards tokens were fun to win prizes! My smile has transformed me into a different person Dr Tracey was brilliant and very knowledgeable! I will be going back for a lost retainer after a few years and honestly I've never been glad to go back even for a short stop they truly are the best and not like any place! I recommend this place very highly if you don't like scary orthodontiss

After my initial consultation with Dr. Hoff I knew he was the orthodontist for me. He presented an honest straightforward treatment plan. He totally delivered...My smile is stunning! I love Dr. Tracy and his team! I got my braces in seventh grade for about a year and a half. Before that, they monitored my teeth so I would be ready for braces and they would know what to do. With my braces on, regular checkups resulted in minor changes and Dr. Tracy always knew what he was doing with my teeth. After a year and half of braces I had a beautiful smile And still do. My teeth are perfectly straight and my retainer helps keep them in the same position. I really appreciate the service Dr. Tracy and his team provides. Thank you guys so much!

We've had a great experience at Tracey & Hoff. My son had excellent results, his teeth look great. The staff is always courteous and friendly and very accommodating when we've needed last minute appointments. I also appreciate the appointment reminders, it helps when you have a busy schedule. I first began going to Tracey & Hoff Orthodontic Specialists in 2003 to get my braces and retainers. Coming back after 13 years, Dr. Hoff and the staff have continued the same welcoming, friendly, and professional service I remembered when I was little. I was able to easily make an appointment for a consultation with Dr. Hoff regarding a tooth shifting in my permanent bottom retainer. I have been a client of Dr. Tracey since I was 8 years old. It was always such a pleasure going into the office to be treated by the staff and to always see Dr. Tracey. After hearing about the loss of such an incredible Doctor and figure in my life, I was very concerned about what my future visits would be like. Would it be different?
