Our practice was founded in 2004 by Dr. Henry Nguyen and Dr. Thomas Nguyen, who are both Specialists in Orthodontics and Board Certified by the American Board of Orthodontics. Our practice is exclusively limited to orthodontics for children and adults.

Dr. Henry Nguyen is a Board Certified Orthodontist and a Diplomate of The American Board of Orthodontics. He serves as the managing orthodontist for our Fontana and Rancho Cucamonga offices. Dr. Henry Nguyen graduated with highest honor (Summa Cum Laude) with a DMD from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA and also completed his post-graduate orthodontic program at Tufts University.

I took my sister here and I'm giving Summit Ortho 5 stars as the initial consult was quick and easy and they had X-rays done on the spot all within 15 minutes.
The pricing was very transparent for a 24 month plan. It was about 3200 without insurance coverage and it includes all xrays, retainers, spacers, brackets with up to 3 replacements etc...
The braces were put on the same day and a referral for tooth extractions was ready for us to take to our primary dentist.
Overall, it was a very swift experience and I appreciated the fact that they made my sister feel welcomed and excited to

I got my braces done here for 2 years. The doctor and staffs are very friendly and the customer service was great. I could see my teeth got straightened, but I am so disappointed because of my teeth now. It might be because I have different formed jaws. After taking off my braces, my upper teeth protrude too far. 2 long years of waiting, the result didn't turn out as I expected.

I'm getting my braces done here! Its almost about time to take them off and I'm very happy so far! I could see my teeth got straightened very quick and nicely! The doctor is gentle and the staffs are friendly! I love that they call me every time to remind me about the appointment! Definitely recommend Summit Orthodontics!

This review was way overdue. I interviewed two other ortho before making the decision to take my kids here. First three kids are done with their treatment. Absolutely beautiful. My youngest child came in twice however she is not quite ready. I happy to find this place for all my kids. The staff is nice, professional, and pretty awesome. They get busy but the office stay organized and does not feel like other cheap "factory line" ortho work. This place is clean and friendly. The doctors are polite and appears to care genuinely about the kid's dental health and smile.

Everyone is so nice here and they have amazing payment plans and I was done within a year ! I have an amazing smile and it's so nice to be greeted by smiling faces they take the time to remember your name.
I came here before but I didn't wear my retainer so that's why I came back.

Great place for braces .. had 2 consultations with other orthodontics before coming here and third time is the charm. My son got his braces the same day because the place was so clean, everyone was nice and the price was reasonable. Never had a problem with making apportionment or updating when needed, very happy with service so far and looking forward to my son's teeth after treatment

We were referred by family who went to the Fontana office.
Love the flexibility of being able to reschedule appointments. They also give the option of making appointments on Saturdays, which is perfect so I don't have to miss work.
I had to change an appointment at the last minute and they were very accommodating.
We have had experience at another local Kids orthodontics and it was always so difficult to reschedule or even to get an appointment that worked with my work schedule. If we rescheduled it was a 3-4 week delay for our

Summit is the absolute BEST!!! They are gentle and caring and their staff is so friendly and helpful. I have never waited more than 2 min in the office and my daughter is always in and out. But, don't worry quality is the priority here. I wish I had brought my other children here. So lucky to have been referred. Don't hesitate to give them a call, you definitely will not regret it.

I'm happy with the services that Summit provides. My son's braces have really improved the look of his teeth. It's very easy to get an appointment. I like how they have Saturday appt. The staff are really great and doctor is friendly and takes time to meet his patients. Overall I would recommend this place to friends and relatives.
