Three times in a row I called to get information of a potential malpractice suit, the woman who answered the phone said please hold and then hangs up on me. I called a second time and she simply hung up, the third time, sent me straight to voice mail. F this is how you conduct business, maybe you should simply close your doors.

Dr. Fagel is amazing to watch in action. Being a doctor/lawyer he had total command at each stage of my case. It was clear from the start that the defense side was afraid of him. I just called and asked if they could accept my case. The lady on the phone didn’t even let me finish telling her my situation before she rudely hung up on me. I’m not sure if it wasn’t enough money for them but you shouldn’t work with lawyers who generally don’t care for people.

Extremely rude lady. I mentioned that I was on hold to speak with someone about medical malpractice, she said that it was her in an extremely rude manner then went on to say I HAD ALOT OF CALLS BEFORE YOU, in which I never made a complaint or mentioned anything about being on hold. I mentioned a bit about my case and she RUDELY said that they do not accept medical malpractice orthopedics cases without letting me explain the rest. I wouldn’t even bother calling this law firm. Extremely unprofessional.

My experience with this firm was horrible. It took this office nine months to tell me that they cannot help my precious infant daughter. Over a period of six months, they requested every single medical record from me. I asked for help in July 2017, a few days after my daughter was born. And in April 2018, they said I cannot be helped. It was heartbreaking to feel the whole time that I had a case, to then be told sorry. And Cristyann has very poor grammar and customer service. She is very rude which is what the other posts explain. Please take your business to another law firm, you will waste crucial
