So Dr Scanlon is a nice guy. I can't take that away from him, but he completely misdiagnosed my cat. My cat has been chronically vomiting clear bile since July. When I brought my cat in Dr Scanlon did vitals, drew blood excetra. Which everything was clear and was told he had blood of a "sixth month old kitten". Dr Scanlon put him on probiotics, and laxatives claiming it was a dietary issue (even though he has been on the same food for 7 years). The laxatives and probiotics didn't really do much. My cat still had the same pattern of throwing up every 4 days or once a week several times during the

I love this vet. He is so knowledgeable and comes out to talk to you. He doesn't pressure you into optional vaccines or procedures you don't need or want. His prices are super reasonable. He definitely one of the best vets I've come across. He is worth driving out of the way to see.

Excellent Vet! Always kind and caring to both animals and people. Not in a hurry to offer most expensive options first. Truly cares for the wellbeing of the animal. I've taken my dogs to him for years and now drive an hour back to him after moving away and experiencing other vets.

Dr. Scanlon and the staff at the Leicester Vet Clinic are always friendly, prompt and great to work with. My dog and cats love them and it makes trips to the vet much easier knowing they are comfortable.

Even in these difficult times... Where the Coronavirus makes a regular visit with your pet's veterinarian nearly impossible... Dr. Scanlon and his staff somehow manage to make both the client and the patient feel connected to the process, cared for, and treated with the highest level of respect and kindness imaginable!!
