She is a graduate of UPENN and after practicing in PA for a few years returned to her roots in Eastford. She practiced feline medicine for almost 8 years before returning to general small animal practice 4 years ago. Dr. Le received a B.S. in animal science from UMASS Amherst in 1998. She worked in research at UMASS Medical School for six years, while attending Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine.

It's March-springtime is around the corner! Our winter here in New England has been pretty mild and we are seeing the effects of that now. We have seen more ticks than ever throughout these warm winter days and Lyme Disease, Anaplasmosis and Ehrlichia did not take a break this season! It is so important to keep your pet protected from these diseases by preventing the ticks that spread them from feeding on your pet.

IF YOU WANT YOUR ANIMAL TO LIVE, GO ELSEWHERE!
I took my 4 and 1/2 year old pure bred english springer spaniel to ACE for a "routine" teeth cleaning after Thanksgiving. Dropped him off at 8:30AM. They said to call around lunch to check on him as he needed to be anesthetized for the procedure. By 9:45AM, my personal phone was blowing up while I was on work calls on my other phone. Numerous messages were left asking me to call them immediately. One message stated that they over anesthetized my dog and could not resuscitate him.
When I finally got a chance to call them to ask what

I've been taking my 2 senior dogs there for 12-13 yrs. Always professional, helpful, and knowledgeable.
Went above and beyond today when I showed up a day early for both of them to get some vaccines. I asked if they could fit them in although I could see they where busy. They checked and said if we didn't mind waiting, they'd fit them in. Well, within minutes they came out to get my babies. They both came back with wagging tales. So nice to not have to return tomorrow!

Bring my dogs here but never brought my cat here because she’s a indoor/outdoor cat who loves to hunt She is 12 years old and has stopped eating/drinking, lost weight, barley walks and needs me to bring her to her litter box and is having a very difficult time breathing I called to bring her in to have her Euthanized so she wasn’t in pain anymore and my children don’t have to watch her suffer but they refused me bringing her in. Because they’ve never seen her before yet I’m a customer and if I had a new kitten I guarantee they would want my business. Just very disappointed that a vets

Looking for a new vet during a pandemic wasn't easy. However thanks to ACE and their amazing staff I felt comfortable with them caring for my pets without even seeing inside or getting to meet the staff in person. You can tell they really care about the animals they're treating and everyone is so friendly and helpful. My dogs come out happy and not stressed by the process what so ever. The doctors and techs are knowledgeable and answer any questions I may have. The costs are very reasonable. I'm so happy we found ACE to take care of our fur babies.

Do not go here if you are looking for a personal touch. This is strictly a business. I called a week ago with a concern regarding my dog and after numerous calls and assurances someone would get back to me; it never happened. My loss of confidence in their ability to follow through with a simple call back led me to find another vet.

Animal Care Experts Is The Best!!!! They care about you loved ones. I have had to say goodbye to a couple of my cats. Animal Care Experts are compassionate. They cried too. Their fees are very reasonable. They don't push the product. The suggest and let the owners decide. I feel like they have become my friends. They about the family. We talk about daily life and laugh. My cats feel loved there.

We have been taking our babies to Animal Care Experts for years, and couldn't be happier with them. They are thorough, knowledgeable and truly seem to care for the animals that they see. They have given us last minute appointments whenever we've needed them. We are especially thrilled that they have expanded so much, and love the new, less slippery-for-the-dogs floors - and that we can pay for the visit in the exam room. It is so much easier and less stressful for my dogs to not have to stand out front while I tried fumbling for a credit card and they pulled to get to the other patients

An excellent clinic! I've been to many over my life but it for dogs or cats; I keep small "exotics" like guinea pigs. Now I have a baby bunny and Animal Care Experts has provided fantastic care.
A lot of clinics claim to know how to care for these delicate little ones and I've found they rarely actually do. A different clinic actually told me to fast my rabbit (for those who don't know, that will very quickly kill a rabbit)! So I was ready to walk out the door at the first red flag when I came in to my little bunny's wellness check.

My kitty had a terrible ear infection and had to be seen right away. We called and were able to come in the very same day, even though we were new clients. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Also very clean!
We saw Dr. Le and could not have been happier with her. She answered all of our questions and did what needed to be done to help him feel better. I am happy to report he is feeling better today already. We will definitely be coming back, thank you!

These guys are great. My dog had been sick for over a year and another vet I was going to couldn't seem to treat here. After one visit with this vet she was all better. They are miracle workers and can usually fit you in the same day.
These people truly love and care about animals. I would recommend them to everyone.
