They are Truly a great family oriented automotive repair center. They are professional, friendly, honest, helpful and accommodating. Pete and his family have been so kind and helpful to us and helped us out when we were in some serious automotive jams, as a matter of fact he just helped us out tremendously today, and saved our vehicle from costly repairs. I have been bringing my vehicles here for several years. Whether it's regular maintenance or something else that comes up, I can really rely on the crew at K2 Automotive to be there. Took my 2010 Mazda CX-7 to K2 Automotive LLC and was very pleased with the quality of work this shop produces. They charge very reasonable prices (we did our homework). I was shown the cost of the part(s) and labor cost up front. I scheduled my app. and dropped the car off at 8 AM Friday (he changed the rear shocks in one day) picked up the car before 2PM. 2 weeks later, I called up the shop and scheduled the front left/right axle for Monday. Great work from a local family owned business, great prices, and communication.

Peter at K2, is honest and will never "fix" something that isn't broken. He relies on repeat business and word of mouth from satisfied customers. He always explains and shows you what is needed. Then he shows you the part he replaced. I would recommend him to all who want to take car of their cars but want to avoid car dealers and Repair shop chain ripoff and sales pitchers.

Having just moved to Stratford, CT I want to use local service providers as opposed to big chains. I brought my car into K2 Automotive on a rainy day and the owner took my car right in to check on the oil leak from what appeared to be the oil pan area. Sure enough he was able to diagnose the problem in 10 minutes, wrote up a quote of $175, I agreed to the price and I asked if he could do the job that day.
