After 25 years of service, I would highly recommend Dulin Automotive. Not only are their prices reasonable but first and foremost they are honest !!! They have done work on so many vehicles I've owned throughout the past I would not even consider going to anyone else. I've never had to take back my cars for the same problem twice. Mike is the most honest mechanic I have met. I was told by another mechanic at a dealer that I needed to replace control arm, and they wanted over $500 to do it. I took it to Dulin, only to hear that there was nothing wrong. They recommended taking to yet another place to confirm or deny their finding. They were right, AND they didn't charge me to make that diagnosis. Since then I have recommended Dulin to friends who have been very happy with the service and pricing. I have finally found someone I can trust.

Visiting Milford from out of town, tire got a nail in it. Needed to depart the next day for a vacation. Mike made sure my car got serviced quickly. The Dulin team had the repair completed promptly and for a very good value. Highly recommended.

Update!
We just had a pretty major repair done (rear coils, plugs, belt)... and so far I am VERY impressed! They do excellent work and seem to be very FAIR and HONEST. This can be a hard thing to find in a mechanic these days. The service manager Mike was very helpful and accomadating. Despite having what seemed to be about 10-15 cars, they were able to get the job done in one day, no waiting for parts or the mechanic to finish etc. On time as promised!

I brought my Toyota truck here a few years ago based on all the positive reviews, and was very pleased with the service I received. The crew at Dulin's are up front about costs, give me honest assessments about my repairs and will often finish the job sooner than anticipated. Because of these positive experiences, Dulin's has not only become my "go-to" auto service center, but my girlfriend (who lives in New Haven) now uses Dulin's for her VW Beetle as well. Highly recommended!

We've used Dulin for both our cars over the last 5 years or more. They've always been reliable and professional. Mike is especially responsive. On more than one occasion we've come to them because the dealership couldn't find the problem and they've found it and fixed it for less than what the dealership would have charged. I came in with my BMW after being quoted over $800 at another shop for new control arms and with labor. I decided to get a second opinion here and it turned out I only needed a bushing replaced. Dulin saved me a ton of money and were professional and transparent through the whole process. Will come back again for a tune up.

Last week we took our car to Dulin's. It had been looked at by the dealer who had not found the problem. Mike from Dulin's took 2 hours of his time to determine what was wrong and then he actually contacted the manufacturer to see if the problem was covered under warranty. He didn't have to do that. He could have just fixed the car and charged us. He advised us to go back to the dealer and did not even charge us for the labor. He was great to work with and extremely honest. Dulin fixed my problem when 2 other mechanics couldn't. For several months, I took my car to two other mechanics who couldn't figure out the source of my noisy driving. I even asked one specifically to check the brakes. Each sent me home with no problem found. I'm now 6 months pregnant and the noise was getting louder. Not wanting to be stranded, we took it to Dulin. They told me my rotors were at 5% and got the problem resolved quickly. I hate that it was rotors, but after Dulin, I've had no problems! I just can't believe two other mechanics let me walk out their doors

I work for a construction company in the area and we bring our entire fleet here. They are extremely accommodating with fast and efficient service. I now bring my personal vehicle to them as well.

As a woman who isn't a car person, it can be a challenge to find an honest mechanic. After deciding to part with my now former mechanic I read the reviews of Dulin here on Yelp and I decided to give this shop a try. I wasn't disappointed and the reviews hold true. Wow, these folks are **AWESOME**! I live in Manchester and found what seemed like a fantastic deal on a used car an hour+ away in Milford at Westshore Motors (just wrote my first Yelp review for them, 5 stars also!). Great local shop. Fixes what needs to be fixed and ASKS first about things they find. No high pressure here, just fair, friendly service.
Been a customer since they opened over 10 years ago and will stay with them till they close-not that I want them to, mind you. They aso offer secure night drop off so you can get fixed and back on the road faster.
