We had been visiting Chincoteague for almost 30 years for short stays of less than a week. We always wanted to stay longer. Finally after retiring we made plans for a two week stay on the island. Several years ago we realized that we had to change our vacation destination on Chincoteague. We checked out all the vacation Realtors on Chincoteague.

Born and raised on Chincoteague Island, Lea Anna has a knack for knowing the ins and outs of Chincoteague! She moved to Chincoteague in 2016 to be an Innkeeper at a local hotel, and instantly fell in love with the island and its community.
Pets are part of the family too, right? We think so! As animal lovers ourselves, we are pleased to be able to offer these pet friendly rentals. Comfortable, pet friendly home on large, side-creek lot with fantastic views from both the front and back of house! Excellent crabbing from dock! (Property sits on creek only suitable for kayaks, canoes and crabbing.)

As many of you know, we have been transitioning to keyless entry. Starting in 2021, we expect to have all of our properties on keyless entry (except for a few homes). What will this mean to you? First and foremost, it will mean no more waiting in our parking lot until 4 p.m. to pick up keys. It will mean not having to call our office after hours for lockouts.
This 'Make An Offer' feature can only be used for last minute reservations (arrival date is within 2 weeks). You will receive a follow up response (acceptance/rejection of offer) via email within 24 hours. Additional offers will not be considered while first offer is pending. When checking availability, please be mindful of the normal rental rate.

The people that work here are fantastic. We have rented from them for many years. I have nothing bad to say about them. I'm warning you to beware of the insurance. I had a major surgery a few days befoe we were supposed to go on vacation. We did take the insurance when booking. Now they dont want to give us our refund. I have povided every thing that they have asked for. No return call or email from them. This should be a no brainer with just the letter from the doctor. The name of the insurance company is CSA Travel Protection- General. I wish I could give them the Google review.

Cancelled our reservation 2 months before we were to go and did not help to find another place. You can't find a rental 2 months out in the summer. I was never in the how dare you stage, I do understand this was beyond your control. It was how you choose to handle the unfortunate situation. Actually I did ask for help renting a new home,apartment, or condo. We were not picky. Chincoteague Resort Vacations told me there was nothing else available. That they could not help. You also never ever offered any kind of discounted stays. Your reply is not truthful.

Chincoteague Resort Vacations is the only website I will use to book my beach vacation. I've tried other Chincoteague websites and they do not give me the option to reserve/book my vacation on the spot. Chincoteague Resort vacations has an easy-to-navigate website with useful search filters (waterfront homes, dog friendly, etc). They also provide excellent customer service! I've had to change vacation rentals, change my stay dates due to covid and state regulations, and have maintenance come out to our rental after we had accidentally locked ourselves out. Rented Unfettered View property through Chincoteague Resort Vacations and they were excellent throughout the booking process and stay. Fantastic communications and customer service.
We rented this house for a couple of nights for a quick getaway expecting to be a no thrills kind of place based on the pictures. However, the pictures did not do it justice. The pictures are outdated on their website, some furniture have been updated and rearranged (for the better). The location looked to be scary when you first pull up as it is tucked away at the end of a gravel street and shared driveway with a

We've been booking a vacation home from this realtor for ten or more years. We've vacationed in Chincoteague since the early 1980s when my husband's parents owned a home here. I can hardly commend the staff and management of Chincoteague Resort Realty highly enough. Not only have we never had a problem (with either them or a property we've rented), but this is an ethical business that helps you with any possible issue that comes up. If you need help with something (we could not figure out how to turn on the high tech TV in the house), a polite, nice, and competent workman came out right away. I

Poorest customer service we’ve ever experienced in Chincoteague. We’ve been traveling to the island for 40 years and never had such rude and inconsiderate staff and owner of this company. You live on one of the best island getaways in the country but yet you are the most hateful people we’ve ever encountered in Chincoteague. They really need to take classes on customer service. Poor communication. Very disappointed and will never use this company again.

A mixup on the agency's end led to our vacation home being double booked and we could not find another suitable home. Not only was our vacation ruined but we did not get our deposit back, and Ace Seybolt the manager was the most condescending, arrogant, unkind man I have ever dealt with in my entire life. We have rented with other agencies in the past and will never return to this one, and we recommend that you don't either. (As an aside, my father has since passed and this would have been his last yearly Chincoteague vacation. Extra thanks, Ace!) The receptionist was very sweet however, too bad

Horrible!! Don’t use!!
Couldn’t go any lower than one star or I would!
We rented this rental hoping for a relaxing week. Paid in full mind you. We wake up two days after arriving to a message on our cell phone at 9:15am stating that their will be a maintenance crew coming to replace a heating pump. Didn’t give us an option. They show up at 10am to work on this so called “heating pump” need less to say the heating pump turned into a central air condition unit. We contacted the rental company they where not helpful at all it took them 3 hours to get ahold of their manager who is extremely

We thoroughly enjoyed our Chincoteague Island vacation in July 2018. Marsh Point is a wonderful property that comfortably accommodated our family of seven. You can see beautiful sunsets from the back dock and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. Misty’s pasture is right across the street and the Beebe ranch is only a minute’s walk away for fans of Misty of Chincoteague books. This was one of the best vacations yet in Chincoteague. Wonderful memories of swimming, beachcombing, crabbing, kayaking, & biking with friends, seeing the ponies, the Fireman's Carnival...and of course the Creamery treats
