We loved the big porches with great furniture. It was cozy, but adequate, and had a great view. Ocean East 1 had parking for 2 cars but it was tight. I liked how responsive Seaside Vacations were. I would definitely consider this rental and Seaside Vacations again.

My wife and I rented a beautiful house on Chincoteague Bay. The house was clean and very well equipped for all of our needs. The staff was professional and responsive to all of our needs and questions. We have never been disappointed when we have stayed stayed at a Seaside home.

Great experience renting through Seaside Vacations. Everyone was wonderful to work with, communicated quickly and professionally. The house we rented was fully equipped with everything we needed for a family vacation. In fact, it was our second time staying there and renting through seaside. Highly recommend!

We stayed in Sunset Bay Villa #209 for Thanksgiving. It was a great unit and easily accommodated six of us. The open floor plan and back windows let folks working in the kitchen enjoy conversation with everyone and the amazing views are f the sound and the marsh. The kitchen was the best equipped of any rental we have ever had. We always bring key kitchen tools and items but did not need to use any. Location is fantastic and walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants as well as a waterfront park. Blankets were missing but were delivered to us on Thanksgiving day! Responsive management went

We had a great stay at Lance and Elaine's condo. It is a cute and comfortable place. The kitchen is extremely well-stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and cooking utensils. We especially enjoyed bird-watching from the balcony and screened porch. Make sure to bring binoculars- the view overlooking the creek is amazing! The house is at the end of a gravel road, so it feels peaceful and secluded, but it's also convenient for getting to the main drag, restaurants, etc. We rented bikes at the bike Depot by the Refuge Inn and rode the trails on Assateague. It was a wonderful weekend. We hope to come

My family had a fantastic time staying in Hakuna Matata. The home was spacious, with large kitchen, sun room and bedrooms. This was an ideal location for our family of 7 adults and 2 dogs. With a huge fenced in backyard there was plenty of room for our dogs to run and play.
The kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary appliances.
There were a few minor glitches that arose upon taking occupancy (beeping smoke alarm and a coffee maker that failed) but these were remedied by the hosts within a half hour of notifying them. After that we had no problems.

My family loves Chincoteague and when it came time to plan this year's trip, I knew we needed a house close to the entrance of the refuge. We love to rent bikes and bike over to the beach, so when I found Beach Pines through Seaside Vacations I knew it was perfect! Beach Pines has a nice yard and screened in porch, it's quite and there isnt alot of traffic. I highly recommend renting with Seaside Vacations, I know we are already thinking about our next trip!

Our stay at the pearl of Chincoteague Island was amazing! 5 star all the way! So close to all the activities that the area has to offer. The rental was decorated in a nautical theme and had everything you'd need to spend a day too 2 weeks with relaxing comfort! We caught crabs off the dock... Cooked them in the well stocked kitchen and ate them while watching the beautiful view of the water which the crabs were just from... It just does not get any better than that! We also loved the near by beaches and the wild horses! Bills steak and seafood restaurant was our favorite place to eat! We'll be
