Concordville Subaru "AT HOME" is available to anyone within 30 miles of Glen Mills, PA. A member of Concordville Subaru staff will bring any vehicle to your home or office for an on-site test drive.

Subaru of America is offering eligible U.S. Military personnel and retirees a $500 bonus toward the purchase of a new Subaru. This Discount Program is also available to veterans and retirees within 12 months of your date of separation from the military. It is also available to a spouse or domestic partner of an eligible participant residing in the same household.

I recently got my car serviced and thoroughly appreciated the representative that assisted me (John B.) I am also grateful for the complimentary service of them loaning a car, because being pregnant and having to wait at the dealership is like playing Russian roulette in addition to the fact that it took some time to figure out what the issue was. My husband and I had a great no pressure experience from the beginning to the end of our purchase. Our awesome salesperson Fred was straight forward and very knowledgeable about the subaru outback. He found us the color we wanted and lucky for us it was already in route and placed it on hold for us. Ty gave us a reasonable trade in value for our truck and worked out payments that fit our budget. Darren was great and got us through the paperwork quickly. Simply amazing all around.

I tried the express service which does not require an appointment. My tire had a slow leak and I was anxious to handle the problem be returning to work. I checked in and within 30 minutes the source of the leak was discovered and repaired. I was thrilled that a new tire was not required. The service team did an excellent job.

Went in just looking to see what they could offer me. I already knew my credit was bad and that I was leaving with information only. Well in about 15 minutes, my salesman Tony and the team backing him up, had me signing for a '19 Ascent. I couldn't believe they were able to come through for me when no one else had before. My family is expanding so I needed to extra space, they just cut out half of my worries in a matter of minutes.

Don't expect to talk to a sales person. Called this dealership at 1:15 P.M. to check the availability on a car. A woman named Deb answered, I asked to speak to a sales person. She offered to help me, so I asked if a specific car was in stock I saw advertised online. She took my information and told me she would get back to me. Meanwhile over an hour later I called back to follow up. This time a different female answered and gave me the same runaround and wouldn't connect me to sales person. This other female reported that she knows more about the cars than the sales person. But couldn't tell me

Maddie was awesome. She walked me through my options and got me a better deal on a better car than I thought I could get. Great low pressure experience when I purchased my car in 2018. I am genuinely happy with my purchase. I would give more stars but each experience I have encountered when bringing my car in for service had me wondering if Subaru really backs up its product. I've disappointingly overheard a few complaints in the service department. Once about safety lights coming on ( seat belts when engaged ) and it seemed like they let the lady hanging like they couldn't help her. The warranty is only good for 36000The maintenance parts are extremely expensive and the promise of a clean car after service

WORST service experience I have ever received from a business. Brought in a battery that failed for warranty due to smoking and leaking battery acid. Was told to put the smoking battery acid leaking battery back in to my car and was questioned why I took it out. I told them I removed it so it would not cause damage to my vehicle or catch on fire… possibly causing damage to others. When they told me to put the battery back into the car and have it towed to their shop I asked if any damaged caused due to that would be covered under warranty as well. Terrible experience here. I only went to this dealership because of some philanthropic work they do. I learned philanthropy doesn't equal good business practice. Salesman pull the typical salesman stuff and I personally have no issue with that but be aware they will flat out lie. I negotiated a purchase of a new vehicle, paperwork included/deposit down, and they backed out last minute because they couldn't order that specific vehicle (which hey that happens) but when I went in to update the paperwork all of a sudden no paperwork was needed and the terms of the deal were susceptible

I went to this dealership with the intention of leaving with a vehicle. I test drove multiple used cars. Unfortunately we noticed replaced parts on the vehicle that had not been disclosed. For selling used cars the salesman was very unwilling to make any sort of deal and became rude and condescending while discussing price. I left without a vehicle. After a day or so, one of the coordinators contacted me via email; I let her know about my experience (because she asked), and I received no response.

The service at this dealership is fantastic. My service advisor Melissa us amazing and a pleasure to work with. She ensures that I am updated on the status of work and makes recommendations for necessary repairs. The service advisors are honest and customer focused . Very disappointed. Got an online quote from Mady. Made an appointment to go in today. The dealership said they would match or beat the offer I got. When I arrived at the dealership. I told them that I had a vehicle built online. Thought I was meeting with Mady. Instead I was greeted by Fred, I explained that I knew exactly what I wanted. Fred took me out back to see vehicles that I was not interested in. We then went in to discuss the deal I was offered online. I was ready to trade in my vehicle and put $5,000 down until the manager came over and stated he could not do business with me , seriously

This is the best Subaru dealership ever! We've purchased two Subaru Foresters from here and we will keep going back. We've always serviced our Subarus at Matt Slap Subaru in Newark just because we live in Delaware but after a harrowing experience with the sales department at the Newark Subaru dealership, I could not be happier to do business with these guys. Nick was excellent, no pressure sales, very informative and just a good guy. No sleazy sale techniques like other places (Newark is terrible in comparison!). Moe the sales manager claimed to beat any price from the other dealerships

I am so happy I shopped around for my new 2018 Subaru Impreza and ended up with the great people at Concordville Subaru. My 2015 Impreza Premium lease was up in July 2018, but I was curious at my options for turning my lease in early and upgrading to a new 2018 Impreza Premium.
I first went to Rafferty - long story short, but they knocked down the price three times (THREE TIMES) to try to get me to sign that day, but I didn't have the time - I had a work appointment that afternoon. However, I had planned on going back in a couple days to lease with them.

I spent last Friday touring 5 different dealerships, driving 7 different cars, and working with 4 different sales reps. At this end of this 10 hour day, I bought a '15 Legacy from Kim at Concordville Subaru and am beyond happy with my decision.
In all honesty, I could not have asked for a better car buying experience. As a first time buyer, I was expecting the process to be difficult and exhausting, but this was the furthest thing from it. Everyone at Subaru was kind and helpful, and at no point did I ever feel pressured to make a decision I was uncomfortable with.
