I started my career with State farm in 1992. As a Claims Representative, I enjoyed working in both Auto and Homeowners claims. This experience gave me the perfect background to assist customers as a State Farm Agent. I have placed great importance on assisting families, and others while building great relationships along the way.
We have families we assist in Highland Park, University Park, Oak Lawn, East Dallas, South Dallas, Lakewood, Uptown, Downtown and numerous SMU students. We have assisted people from as far as South Padre Island to Sherman, Texas and many towns in between. Everyone in my office is licensed and fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

I switched to State Farm from Geico and have used them consistently for auto and home owners insurance for the last 4 years. I've dealt primarily with Eduardo Quiroga and have found Ed and the office in general to extremely responsive and constructive in finding ways to lower premiums.

I have been with State Farm close to 20 years now with Stephen Barnes. I have always dealt with Araceli Munoz. If you are looking for someone that will resolve anything that you need. She’s your go to person. She is beyond professional and ALWAYS gets it done. I can’t say enough about her. She always responds when you call or email her. She is my go to ALL THE TIME!

Had such a great experience working with Eduardo. After just moving to Dallas and purchasing my first car, he made the auto-insurance process extremely easy and affordable for me. From there, we learned how much I was over-paying for renters with the original policy with another provider that I was under. This was my first time getting my own insurance as a college graduate, so transparency and understanding were extremely important to me in this process. I feel informed and covered with my policies and have Eduardo and the Steve Barnes team to thank!

Spoke with this gentleman named Eduardo on the phone which I guess is the associate to Steve Barnes. I called to start a quick renters policy, took about 60mins and half of those were spent on hold. Eduardo finishes off telling me he will send me my documents via email and he will contact the front office to see what address needed to be on there. The next day I come to find out he never called the front office and the policy is riddled with errors and was never submitted. Thanks for the waste of time guys.

I’ve had State Farm for a long time now and honestly they are great. Veronica and Aracely have been so helpful with everything. If something is wrong they will let me know. As well as helping me lower my payments so I won’t pay so much. I am grateful for them for helping me to get the right coverage for my car and in my budget. I recommend this State Farm to anyone that is looking to switch. 5 stars for them!!

I have been a coustomer for years and I am glad to have found an office that truly cares about customer service. My agent Veronica is awesome, she recently contacted me about my life insurance policy to remind me on updates and changes I needed to do but forgot about. Being a mom of 4 I truly appreciate the information and reminders to make sure my policies are updated and family is covered.

Had the worst experience with Veronica. She would take weeks to answer emails, my premium was much higher than discussed and then just recently went up without any indication, we discussed multiple times that i wanted to set up auto billing which was not set up and made my policy lapse, on initial conversations she gave me the wrong policy number, i had a claim and she said she would look into and "call me back within the hour" and i would have to call her back multiple times before i could get her on the phone, they say they open at 9 but i called multiple times after 9am and they would still

I've used Steve's office for many years. I've always gotten good service but now that Renee works there I've gotten GREAT service. Renee is absolutely amazing. He pays close attention to detail and is genuinely concerned with making sure his customers get the best insurance coverage at the best possible price. Can't say anything bad about any experience I've had with Renee.

I moved to Dallas and needed to get car insurance since my previous provider did not operate in Texas. The staff (Renee Gomez) was incredibly friendly and professional. He went above and beyond what was required in order to get me a good monthly rate and make me feel comfortable with my coverage. I would highly recommend Steve Banes and his staff, especially Renee.
