I was very disappointed with the place!! The staff was pleasant and kind. For the price I payed for 3 nights and 2 rooms, I was highly disappointed. Our beds weren’t made, our tv was shot, the pool was freezing, we had no towels. It looks like people left and we were next in line and the rooms weren’t cleaned. Other than beach front and the Pirates Patio, my stay was not great. The place needs a major remodel!!

We didn't even stay...so incredibly disgusted and appalled with the unprofessional thieving, dishonesty and rude associate at this place.....Would recommend that NO ONE EVER stays here. They STOLE almost $400. out of our account, refuse to answer my calls, messages or emails. The place is not fit for rats to sleep at. Booking.com should be ashamed of themselves and be held accountable for advertising such a deplorable resort. DO NOT TRUST their advertising , filthiest place I have ever witnessed. You honestly would be safer sleeping in an alley with a sleeping bag and pillow.

Would highly recommend finding another place to stay. It starts with the parking, which there isn't much. The room we were in (3) was listed as ocean view ( not really), was filthy. The courtyard which was directly in front of the rooms was completely packed with people grilling and partying. While we were there another couple left 2 nights early due to the lighter fluid and cigarette smell coming in the rooms. I could go on but what's the point.

Well first off I need to say that the manager definitely needs a raise. To say that she has her hands full running this hotel is an understatement. There was parking issues due to customers at the pirates patio bar that triple parked me in,no hot water and 100 degrees with no ac and she handled it all on point. This hotel is right on the beach and it was lovely to be that close. Its definitely no updated and some more time could be put into the room cleaning along with new mattresses. This place was sold out despite the past reviews.

Horrible experience. No heat in room. Could not check in until 8:00 PM because no one in office. Double billed us for our room and will not return our calls. Filthy pool. Did not provide towels or change bedding. No one in office to talk to about these issues. Stay away!! This motel is going under. Reluctantly had to give one star in order to post, which they absolutely do not deserve!!

Something sketchy is going on here. I booked through booking.com and was charged twice but the woman who ran the front desk claimed she had no access to this payment. I was then charged again to sleep in this "hotel". There were no towels in the room, although I probably wouldn't have used them anyway. The beds were made, although I did hear another woman complain that when they first went to the room the beds were not made and that the sheets and bedding were on a chair. There was a small kitchenette in our unit but I didn't dare turn it on. The carpet was slightly moist. Gross. I'm also fairly
