Do not recommend. I paid for a deluxe room and our room was anything but, I asked about the pictures I saw when booking and they offered me 10% off but couldn't give me a better room. I knew I was booking a bargain but this place was old smelly and trashy. The wifi was horrible. We couldn't even connect to it. I don't have anything nice to say about the surrounding area either.

I've always stayed at the waves... this time it was the Seaview. I was extremely disappointed. The first room smelled awful like mildew and the beds looked like someone just got of them. They moved us to another and it was worse! The toilet doesn't always flush, kitchen sink was clogged and the smoke detectors have no battery. Went to take a shower and found someone's used wash cloth. People above us were flicking their cigarettes down and almost got burnt. The beds are comfy and the walk to beach is beautiful. I've always loved their staff. Will NEVER stay here again. Go to their property waves

We had a busy weekend and this was the only availability within a short distance of our other travel destination. It was the busy Memorial Day weekend. That being said, our check in was very easy - parking on the property or across the street.
We had as we were told, one of the best rooms at the Inn - deluxe room overlooking the ocean/pool, and it did have a wonderful view. Chairs on the balcony enabled us to sip coffee the next morning in the bright sun.
The room itself was clean, small kitchenette with microwave, Kuerig, small frig, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, glassware. Open closet with

The room was great - clean, spacious... there were stairs everywhere (reminded me of a theater set - loved it!) Might not have loved it if i had limitations (the common room was located downstairs) but anyway... We had an ocean side room, while we didn't get to see the ocean from our widow (we were there for only one night anyway) we were treated to a great view from the balcony/ walkway. We'd definitely go there again!

We have been going here for 7 years now& LOVE this hotel. Keep in mind, this is an older, beach town & not fancy. The staff, especially Haley, go above & beyond to accommodate when they can. Very courteous, & good people. Also, all the suites have been renovated!! While we love this hotel, we also do not go during peak summer months!! Wonderful property, incredible employees, & Superb location!

In the olden days, this place was probably called quaint. NOW, it is just old! We are so disappointed in this Inn, and so disappointed it was rated so high in Booking.Com. The place was pretty much awful. Outside of a couple of girls at the desk, who were okay, anything else about this place was bad. Let me start with the bathroom. About the size of a large dog coop, with nothing but a curtain to separate it from the rest of the small room, I had to literally slide sideways to get past the toilet. You could not sit straight on it. You had to urinate from the side and stand to wipe. The shower did

Most of us can afford to stay at a decent or nice hotel on vacation. This place looks great in the photos. Booked 6 months in advance. I got to hotel--- no parking--- very small and slow front desk--- big sign says ABSOLUTLEY NO REFUNDS! We paid for this hotel months in advance!
Young lady at front desk checks me in and tells me room 3 right behind us--- I get my family and all of our luggage--- find room 3--- doorknob is very loose like the place had been robbed-- tried numerous times to unlock door, then my wife tried--- could not unlock. So, I go back to front desk... lady looks

I'm not recommend this motel because they're not transparent and didn't tell me they not refund earlier leaving even with less then 24 hours registration. If you go there at last minute make sure reserve two or more days only if you 100% sure you don't have to leave earlier no matter if you just stop by and registry your self. Ohh one more think. If you sure you're going to stay for 3 days. renew your stay day by day. Administration have no common sense at all.

The room was very tiny but we could see the ocean from the porch. I can't stress how tiny. As you walked in, the door hit the foot of the bed. right on the other side was the TV, There was no door for the bathroom, only a shower curtain. Still, it was clean, the bed was comfortable, it had a fridge, and it was right on the beach and right up the street from the little amusement park. I would stay here again especially for the $120 price just for the beach access.

My gf and I took a last-minute trip to Old Orchard Beach to support her friend's daughter with this softball thing. Key words: last-minute. So we weren't even sure there would be any rooms left anywhere on the strip.
We drove up to the main office for Waves Ocean Front Resort because that's where everyone else in our party was staying. As we expected, they had no vacancies. But they just happened to own the Sea View Motel just two buildings down the road, so we took it. The lady who checked us in then met us at the Sea View office so we could get our keys. She told us that
