I wrote a negative review earlier and A Witherite responded that maybe I had the wrong law firm. Not only were they unprofessional but now she's calling me Stupid. I think I would know what law firm I did business with..smh, but Never Again nor will I recommend family, friends or strangers to them. They also advertise on the radio as being this great firm,, but I know first hand that's a lie of how great they claim to be. Don't do it people.

It is hard to express the peace of mind I had when Witherite Law Group (Victor Rodriguez, Yolanda, Citlali, and Emily) took care of every detail after my car accident They were friendly yet professional at all levels. I called this law firm after my family was rear ended. This law firm would not take the case because the car doesn't show that much damage. My husband who was in the back seat and my of age (25) daughter was in the front. My husband hasn't been able to work since December. If you are not decapitated or injured to almost death I guess they will not bother with you. I think this is poor, but I guess they are like our Senator Ted Cruz who take trips while others suffer Witherite only help the ones who can bring in large amounts.

I'm a Navy veteran and I moved back to Texas and hired this law group to help me and my simple fender bender it was all the other persons fault noted and documented everyone worked with me except my own Lawyer!!!! They do not respond to phone calls they do not check on you!!! They don't care, they'll let your case sit on a desk forever and when you call no one will answer the phone!!!! as a veteran, I will say this is the worst law group I ever seen

2. Set proper expectations for clients on what to do. Something else your firm does not do.
3. I specifically asked for my inquiries to be responded to in writing so I could have a "documented" exchange, and the fact your firm seems to not want to do that is concerning.
4. You asked me for an in person meeting. Unless you are paying for my time off work, that is not feasible. Remember

The experience is far from what they advertise I had to constantly call them myself to get any type of update on my case and the attorney and the people in settlement act like you are putting them through so much trouble when you ask them any questions about YOUR case. All I can say is that I agree with the others on here that say if they don't think your case will bring in a large amount oof money tHey are not going to work as hard for you. The receptionist is extremely nice though

As good as they are they don't care if you are right, if the case is small and they consider it minor they will refer to to someone else. I guess in a world of pick and choose it is what it is. I Choose them for their reputation, however I found out the hard way if it's not big ticket it's best not to even bother.

I was recently in an accident and called Eberstein & Witherite based on their advertisement on my favorite radio station. It started off awesome but now I'm starting to regret my decision. I received a call from my new case manager yesterday stating that my previous case manager was no longer with the company and she never requested my medical bills and records so now I have to wait 4 to 6 weeks for her to get the information. One of my major problems is the fact that I called my previous case manager multiple times and sent emails and no one ever responded not her assistant or anyone

I am very frustrated. On April 23rd in an email between me and my Case person Michael I was given an estimate of 6-7 weeks for my check. I call around June 15th it should be ready in. 10 days. I call on July 2nd let me give some extra days.I spoke to both Michael Smith and Jennifer Rodriguez. Michel informs me that my check should be cut by Friday. I call today .... You guessed it - No check. I am told maybe Tuesday.

Let me say that for my first experience in having to ever deal/hire a lawyer, this is by far the WORST experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!! My lawyer has only talked to me about once or twice. I still have gotten NO update since my wreck. I still have no rental no nothing. They have not been the best help. I feel like I have gotten no where with them. I have left multiple messages and voicemails and I still get no call back. I would never recommend them to anyone! I regret having anything to do with this law firm. So unprofessional!

I had my case handled by the firm and turns out, my case didn't go so well. I knew from the beginning I would be one of many files held by the "attorneys". My daughter and I were hurt and our case was in Ft. Worth. Never really fully felt better and my daughter is still hurting. I just didn't feel like I got what I should have gotten.. There wasn't much talking or real communication between the office and me. I'm just sad, nothing more to say.

Two years ago my mother was in a car accident that busted her hip. She couldn't go to work, lost her job, couldn't pay the car payments, lost the car, couldn't pay rent and got evicted. Over the next year, she incurred debt from the hospital and had to go to a chiropractor. She hired these lawyers to settle her insurance case. A year later, today, the settlement has paid for all the physical therapy she got at the chiropractors and we've finally recieved actual money, but it was only 8,000 and it's only enough to pay the hospital fees, leaving us with pretty much nothing
