Tim did a great job on our stove stove repair! We were his last job of the day and despite that it was late in the day and that he just finished a job in the City and the long drive from there, he persisted and stayed till he made sure are all burners were repaired and working with new parts. He even retrofitted one part and needed to drill out old rusty screws. It was a long grueling repair and we appreciate all the time and effort he put in to it. He really got all the burners working great and went over and beyond efforts to do it right. I'm sure we will get many more years out of our Bosh

Tim from Powerstream came out to fix my Samsung Range oven. My touchpad has been sticking. Tim was very quick to explain the issue, the proposed solution and ordered the part. He came out a few days later with the part, installed it in 30 minutes and proceeded to show me an operating touchpad! He also explained the warranty to give me additional peace of mind.

Very efficient and good quality work!!! They responded to my washer repair request in less than 24hrs. They not only fixed my washer but provided extra details on how to prolong lifetime and advice on preventative maintenance. My service provider was Tim. He was very polite, took the time/effort to understand the root cause and provide an accurate diagnosis. He did the job that probably required two people. Oleg and Sergei are super professional and knowledgeable about appliances. They called to let me know that they were on their way and unlike other companies, they don't require a 4 hour window of time for the appointment and arrived on time!
