As your vehicle exits the tunnel, our tire gloss applicator applies a protective gloss coating to keep your tires shiny and looking their best. As front-runners in the car wash industry, our facilities use the most modern equipment to ensure a clean car. Our machinery automatically adjusts to every vehicle size and shape to ensure that every surface is evenly cleaned.
You must cancel your membership prior to your renewal date to assure a stop on your automatic withdrawal. To confirm you have successfully deactivated, please check your email for a confirmation message. Each wash subscription must be individually cancelled on all vehicles listed in your account. If you are in the middle of a wash period, you will still be able to continue washing for the remainder of your billing period.

Paid $12 so I would get the underneath flushed. Went directly to a muffler shop 10 minutes away, was put on the hoist, no sign of any water underneath. After getting muffler I went back to car wash, less than an hour elapsed, staff said it’s not supposed to get very wet when flushed and it’s not their policy to run it through again once I’ve left the property. Don’t need them, enough other car washes around.

This was the first time I visited this car wash. I pulled in my mirrors before entering. I got the $20 deal which is similar at other car washes. After the wash, I stopped in the lot to put my mirrors in place and realized my car was still very dirty on the hood and the top. I was too upset to go back and complain so I took a cloth and wiped off as much as I could. I think next time I will visit a facility where I could wash it myself because my $20 just flew out the window.

I was really disappointed when I purchased the ultimate car wash. I asked the attendance if they had bug and tar remover pre-wash and they said that they spray the car down but it was just a water mixture. The car came out not completely clean. The vacuums were nice. But I likely will not return spending so much money on a car wash that did not completely clean the vehicle.

GREEDY and fraudulent!
They continued to charge me for 4 months after I cancelled through their app, by phone and by email. I have every email of Proof and yet they still refuse to refund at $35.00 a month when it's clear I never went back! And now they put a garage on that was keyed in manually saying I did it in person!!
As a veteran, I will ensure all other veterans never use you greedy people again!

It's a car wash: so what? There are many to choose from within a few short miles of this joint, all of which offer the same level of packages, prices and the like. So who really cares, one asks?
I myself like Home Team just down East Bay. Tommy does NOT provide attendants to wipe down your car. They don't even provide clean, damp microfiber cloths so one can wipe down one's OWN car.
They DO offer free vacuums like the rest of the car wash outfits described herein...they're not as good or strong as some of the other guys. They also offer car mat cleaning machines for use;

I have a 2012 Kia Sorento. Great Shape. Until it went through Tommy's wind tunnel of hell. It tore off the top of the roof where the panel sealed near the sun roof. I had a bug shield for the hood of my car that was pulverized by the vortex wind dryer at the end of the experience. I could not recommend this place any less. I've driven up and down I-75 for 8 years in this car with no issues..no accidents...no storm or speed ever ripped off my bug shield like this

This company I guess does not enforce Mask wearing. The very young Male Cashier was not wearing a mask when I drove up. I asked about the mask wearing he said he will when he wants to wear a mask. The Cashier is higher then the car and 3 feet away. It's my understanding that in Pinellas County masks are required by all employees. He never did put a mask on. I will be cancelling my monthly because of him.

These people are so RUDE.. Asked for 2nd wash. Because my first wash did not clean back of SUV. Was told it's my fault, I didn't come right back to get it washed. Pose to have a free 30 day membership. Just a warning. These people insult seniors.. They will keep charging your credit card. because i didn't load a app... SCAMMERS

Just tried Tommy's for the 1st time:

Looked at prices on line was stated it was 10.00 which was not the case it was 10.70 so that was the first issue. Then I was met with a cashier that did not have a mask on when we are under a mandatory order. No Employees had masks. No cloths are provided to dry your car which are done at the other car washes around. Lastly you are in the sun when you are try to vacuum
Which don't work very well... it wasn't due to a large amount of vacuums being used I will go back to Home Team...... Across the street

I swung by here yesterday afternoon for a quick wash. I was told it's been open only for a few weeks therefore, it was pretty much spotless there. Very clean and a friendly worker I spoke to nice as well. There are various options to choose from to get your car washed here as I chose a place like this since I don't feel comfortable having someone come inside my car to clean it yet. After paying via credit card, the worker mentioned he'd swing around the other side and guide me in. I swung around, dropped it in neutral and the wash began. He also went to the back of the car to place
