I picked Steve's Detailing because they detailed my daughter's car a while back and managed to remove some scratches that we didn't think could be removed. Steve did not disappoint. He did such a fabulous job detailing my car - I barely recognized it! The inside is immaculate now and they even replaced my missing driver's side floor mat! It took about 3.5 - 4 hours and their meticulousness was worth it. They picked up and dropped off the car and it could not have been more convenient. What more can I say except the pricing was also very fair. I highly recommend their service

Steve's detailing is a great place to get your car cleaned up. I was in the neighborhood and I recognized this business. At one time Steve's had over 20 locations and a reputation of being the best of the best. I pulled in and they took great care of my car. I went across the street and had some lunch with my son, we came back and my car looked spectacular. At no extra charge the owner detailed my rims. My car has a very unique rim and tire package and he polished them up and made them look great. I love the extra attention, five stars all the way. Next time I'm in town I promise

I read the other reviews, and the reason for their low stars was based upon time management or quotes. There were 3 not recommended reviews that commended Steve's Detailing.
Another business had numerous reviews, but their quote was much higher than Steve's quote. I usually go to the place with the most or highest rated reviews. Then again, I have gone to businesses in which I was the first person that wrote a review. Since the not recommended reviews commended Steve's Detailing, I chose to save money.

Poor service of communicating
I asked in a week advance to book today at 9 am when I showed up there was only one team member working on a car and I told him I was talking to Kevin thru Yelp DM and he seemed confused about it and says I have to wait cause he has to work 4 cars before me. Kevin didn't alert me that there was 4 other cars ahead of me. Won't be coming back

Great service. My Toyota 4Runner needed shampoo of the seats and carpet and he came the same day within a few hours of booking. He was extremely friendly and professional and my truck looks great (and smells even better). I highly reccomend them for detailing and shampoo. I will be using them in the near future for a mobile wash and detail.

This place is horrible. I took a brand new BMW M4 with less than 500 miles to Steve's to simply have it washed. I opted to have it done "off the line" to ensure there would be no swirl marks on the car.
Can you believe it? Swirl marks galore... On a brand new car. Worse than that, the wash was more questionable than the drive through at the gas station in that they left things stuck to the paint (things that are easily removed with a rub of the finger).
Miguel, the manager let me know that it had to be a buffer that left those swirl marks and not his dirty rags. (The car has never seen a buffer

The guys at this 100% hand car wash spot are legit and super nice. I got a wash w buff & polish w interior detailing and they also restored my headlights (taking off the oxidation). Highly recommend this place and if you need to wait an hour on a Saturday morning/afternoon, the swap meet is right across the street. Tons of little food spots and stores if you need to grab a snack also. Thanks guys!!

My husband has had his truck for 10+ years and loves it, but over the last year or so he has neglected to take it in for a wash and it got to the point were seeing out of the windshield was almost impossible. When he went on a trip I dropped him off at the OC airport and went straight to Steve's. I got a full detail inside and out and they even through in headlight restoration and buffed out a 2 ft. long scratch on the passengers side. When I saw the truck I didn't even recognize it. The attention to detail was superb! It was like they took 5 years off! Highly recommended! They have a full range
