Just Bought a outstanding 98 sportster in mint condition.
Due two my own stupidity I ended up spending over another thousand dollars with them that included two towes from Steve. Everyone is laughing at my bad luck. My new nickname is you are not worthy! I would never go to any other shop for parts service and friendship and Davidsons is the best dive bar I’ve ever been in. Your service far exceeded anything I ever expected.
I will be using shoeman’s for all my parts and upgrades.

I own a 2000 HD Softail. Shoeman is the best motorcycle mechanic in Reno hands down!! If you don't want to get ripped off by Harley and need a real mechanic that knows what he's doing, call Shoeman! Been taking my bikes here for years! I have been stuck a few times but Shoeman will always drop what he's doing to come and give a tow as well and it's far cheaper than a regular tow!
Gets the right parts, knows what he's doing and always gets me back on the road! Plus he's got a cool bar to hang in while you wait!
I won't go anywhere else!

Seemed nice. But he didn't even know what a Victory motorcycle was. Thought it was a Japanese brand. Pricing a bit high too. But not the most expensive by far.

The only place I could find that didn't balk at the question... "Can you make a brake cable?"
They spent almost 2 hours, finding and fabricating all the right bits and pieces to make both new brake cables, front and rear, for a '71 Sears/Roper.... Not a brake cable that you can just buy.
Great service, super friendly, took the time to make damn sure it was exactly right. Not to mention, I think they just might be the only place in Reno, that can make custom cables.

I was on a ride through reno on Friday of Labor day weekend when my clutch went out, I called harley dealer after harley dealer and they all told me that they couldn't get the parts until the next week and couldn't help me put it back together until weeks later. After all of those discouraging phone calls i made a call to Shoeman's, not only did they have the parts I needed to get me back on my way, the owner also said he would come to the hotel I stayed at, pick up my bike, tow it to his shop, and fix it all in the same day and on his day off. Saturday my bike was picked up and fixed just as promised
