Stacy and the entire team at Joy Knox State are a breath of fresh air! They are professional, detailed and make you feel super valued as a customer. Stacy is especially dedicated to ensuring that her customers get the best deal! She follows up and remembers details about not just the business part but also personal . I have been working with State Farm: Joy Knox for almost 6 years. This is the best agency i have worked it. They do everything to bring satisfaction to the customer. Annie is my policy agent and she is wonderful. She is very responsive and care about providing to me the best policy rate in the market. She will give me calls to discuss about how to get a better policy etccc… she is the best. I highly recommend Joy Knox State Farm for all your insurance coverage

I have been with Joy Knox State Farm since 2018, and we are going on to 2022. When i got my first vehicle back in 2018, i went to them for insurance. and have been with them ever since. The Ladies at the office are very sweet and always helpful. once you have been with them for awhile, some will actually recognize your name and number, and spark conversation.. and that's good business in my book.

I have been a customer of this agency for about 9+ years now (maybe more and can't remember how long) and I have never ever had any insurance agency be so helpful, so kind and so genuinely efficient as they are at this office. This month Ruth has been helping me and my mom with a claim for my car and she has been impeccable with her service and her patience in answering all our questions and so helpful in navigating each step. Through out the years shopping and having insurance, I honestly have to say Joy Knox State Farm is the best agency out there! I have been with Joy Knox agency over 3 years now, and from the beginning, they treated me with nothing but the greatest services. In today world, I cant find anything else like it. I have home and auto insurance with Joy Knox State Farm and I've had an excellent experience! Tammy is so sweet and is awesome to work with - they make sure I have all the coverage I need, but never try to pressure me or needlessly upsell. They always answer right away when I call the office and everyone on the phone is super nice. This is a great branch and I highly recommend them!

Ruth with Joy Knox - State Farm is amazing! She is very thorough and extremely knowledgeable, having been in the insurance business for many years. I don't like to vent about problems with a company but Joy Knox State Farm is not a company you want to work with
We suspended out home owners for a few months and wanted to start up the policy again and we are being refused the policy granted I have been with State Farm for over 30 years and the reason is I have filed too many claims for the record over the 30 years I may have filed 3 or maybe 4 oh and they denied me my Harvey claim and it was for the roof damage we didn't flood

I have been with joy knox office since 2007 which is a good 7 years. I thought for sure this was the best insurance agency around until I had to file a claim. After filing 2 claims (one was my fault and one was due to black ice on the roadway) they decided it was time to not insure me anymore. Thanks Joy knox office for showing your true colors!!!!! My father will be pulling his policy with this office who has been with them since before joy knox took over this office and moving to another broker. I would highly recommend JOE BERWICK state farm insurance agency if you absolutely have to stay with
