Before I became an insurance agent, I was a body shop manager for 5 years. After, I was a State Farm Claim representative for the next 10 years.

Customer Service is a lost art today. How many of many you dread hearing "Are agents are busy helping other clients" while you sit on hold? Please read further... I recently lost a family member to covid. I had to start at square one with the state, the estate, the lawyer, social security etc. My family member had multiple vehicles of which I was unable to even find titles for!
Here's where I called State farm Aron Schuhrke's office. I spoke to "Connie". She was able to help me piece this together always taking my calls. If she didn't have the answer, she found it, and called me back!! I live

Absolutely Best customer service. I am very impressed. I walked in, said what I needed, and had it all finished the next day. John and Connie were very thorough and attentive and ended up saving me A TON of money. They were very polite and very very helpful. I feel like I'm in very good hands :)

John, my agent was very professional. He went through each of what I already had insured and gave me options. He was not pushy but always said I could take my time to think about it. John actually was able to give me a discount. This is the reason I stick with State Farm Insurance.

Aron’s office has always been wonderful. The staff is always helpful and makes sure your needs are met. John helped me obtain auto insurance. He was professional and explained the differences in coverage and found the best option for me! If you’re looking for insurance definitely call them. (Even if you’re not in the market, it never hurts to call and get a quote) Thank you State Farm, and thank you John!

I recently switched my renters and car insurance and I am beyond pleased with the professionalism and studious response I received while working with the agents such as John Karczewski. I was unable to get renters insurance from most other companies due to my bully breed dog I have and State Farm was able to cover me with excellent insurance as well as lower my car insurance in half. I am extremely please and would recommend anyone in the Cedar Lake area to switch over their insurance as well. He was very informative and answered all of my questions as well as giving me insight to other possibilities
