Two Rivers Winery & Chateau
Nestled between the gateways of the Colorado National Monument is our family operated winery. Although Two Rivers Winery and the Chateau are relatively new, they are both becoming Grand Junction's Newest Tradition. The entire project was built literally from the ground up on 15 acres of vacant land in 1999.

Located in the Redlands area of Grand Junction, we offer wines of the noble varieties, which can be tasted and purchased in the intimate setting of our tasting room. Come enjoy an enlightening tour of the facility or pause to take in the unimaginable views. You are invited to sample our award winning wines and to discover a truly unique and unpretentious tasting experience.
Services
Winemaking at Two Rivers Winery: Our varieties of wines are few in number, but they are superb; at least that is what our customers tell us. We currently produce 14,000 cases of wine a year. Our winemaker is very focused on producing only the best wines. By just producing six varieties we are able to give more attention to details, thus achieving consistency and predictability with each release.
The Chateau is a Conference/Event Center and a Wine Country Inn which offers upscale lodging and gracious hospitality for a variety of functions including business meetings, corporate retreats, reunions, weddings, receptions and parties. This is truly a destination facility. The architecture and decor create the feel of a Country French Chateau.
As a member of the Two Rivers Winery Wine Club, you will receive 4 bottles of select, award-winning Two Rivers wine delivered to your home or office three times per year. Wine Club members also receive a 15% discount on all wine purchases at Two Rivers Winery, along with complimentary wine tastings.
Note: Due to state laws, we can ship only to residents of California, Colorado, Dist. of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Texas, Virginia, Washington, Wyoming. Wine may not be shipped to a dry county. If you are a resident of one of these states, and would like to purchase wine online, please continue.

I'm not into pretentious modern replicas like you see in Las Vegas, but some of them can still be fun. The facade on Two Rivers looks pleasing and it could still be a good experience if the management was friendly. However I found the owner to be quite a snob. Having been to authentic wineries in France, Italy and Spain where hosts and waiters actually like their guests and show their appreciation, this was a deal breaker for me and I will never be back. If you decide to try it anyway, book ahead of time, ask them to keep the owner locked up, and it's possible you might have a pleasant

Went in for a tasting. The guy at the counter couldn't have been more accommodating. It was a great way to taste wines. You receive a sample of each variety they make and sell. You can sit in a variety of surroundings. We chose the couch. Wines were not my favorite but I did choose a nice Cabernet Sauvignon to take with me.

Two Rivers Winery is a beautiful location that is perfect for weddings! The staff is great; flexible, good communication, and knowledgeable. Even the house keepers kept me in the loop with when room would be ready. My guests enjoyed both the outside reception area and the ballroom for the ceremony! Highly recommend!

Adorable vineyard on a well-kept estate and conveniently located near Colorado National Monument. The employee working the tasting room was very friendly and even provided us with a cutting board and knife to cut the cheese that we purchased to go along with our wine tasting. The value of this place is what struck me the most- the wine was some of the best we've had and the tasting was only $5 each- AND we got to keep the branded wine glass. After we finished our tasting, we were permitted to walk around the grounds and even through the rows of vines. Great location and I would highly recommend

They seated us about 30 min before they closed. The hours are different than posted on the website currently so make sure to check before you go! They have a pretty good cup system for tasting during COVID. We enjoyed the Chardonnay and the Syrah very much!

We were having a lovely time with Mrs Witham and another couple who own a tourism business in another state. Bill Witham the owner came in and was nasty mean to the gentleman who tried to talk to Bill in a kind and gentle way to calm Bill down. Was told to leave or he would call the sheriff. Mrs body language changed to very timid almost fearful during her husband's on going tantrum.

We did not make our planned purchases, only the tasting. We are still shaking from what we witnessed.

Wonderful little winery with plenty of outdoor seating! My husband and I wanted to get out of town, but we are extremely cautious when going out, so it was nice to find a winery that had safe practices. The flight is a great deal and none of the wines disappointed! Highly recommend

Amazing experience coming here! It's absolutely not for everyone, but if you enjoy wine, this winery is worth the drive.

We were heading towards Grand Junction and found this winery online. When we called, we were disappointed to find out that their last wine tasting starts at 17:15 and we'd miss it by a few minutes. We were going to check the place out anyway to buy some wine (their store is open until 18:00.) When we got there, we were informed that we can still take part in the wine tasting!

The pricing is amazing here. I'm not going to give away all the details, but I don

Didn't even get the opportunity to drink their wine. Called ahead to see if they would do a tasting at 5:45pm (they close at 6pm). They said sure, no problem. We walked in the door at 5:47pm and were rudely turned away by the person that we talked with on the phone. Thanks for wasting our time driving to the other side of town. There are plenty of good wineries around, so no need to go to this one.

Beautiful place and amazing wine! Definitely worth a visit, we came straight from hiking and it was the only place that was closing at 6 not 5. If you don't have a mask, they can provide it for you which is very convenient. We tried wine tasting and ended up buying 3 bottles and I am generally very picky with wines. Prices are great too.

Very cute winery in Grand Junction. Was looking for a place to get away from COVID. Very impressed with steps they have taken. Tasting was only $3.50 each for 8 tasting and you kept your glass. Tastings were in individual cups that were numbered to correspond with tasting notes. You got all the tastes at the same time to avoid contact. Seating was spaced out and employees were wearing masks. Your choice of two rooms to sit inside or outside on the patio. Felt very safe going and had some very tasty wine. Highly recommend.

Great prices and wonderful wine!!!

We were leaving Colorado National Monument when we drive by this gem. We literally drove by but decided we had to stop and I am very glad we did.

The property is gorgeous. It is very charming.

As for the wine tasting, it is $3.50 for 8 tastings and you get to keep the wine glass. You can't beat that!!! They had a nice variety of wines and if ypu buy certain bottles a portion goes to the veterans.

This place was absolutely worth the stop and I would go back again.

Lovely setting, friendly staff, great wines at reasonable prices! A generous tasting of seven wines was just $3.50/person and I got to keep the glass as a souvenir! Particularly liked the Syrah and I generally prefer white wines!

Stayed at the Chateau last week. My wife and I had a great time! In particular the staff were very friendly and personable. The breakfast was delicious and had many options. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again when I am in town. Additionally, we loved the wine education and tasting with Rob, which was very informative and not at all pretentious. Many thanks!

Want to find some mighty fine wine at a great price point? This is where you need to be. Beautiful tasting room; no tasting fee (as of Aug 2018), and good wines priced at about $15/bottle. We left with a mixed case of Chardonnay, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon. And after we left, we were regretting not buying more. I have been to MANY tasting rooms, and I have to say that for the price, this wine
rocks!

What a great surprise after a hot day in the Monument. Four miles up the road...it's worth it! Lois helps you with your complimentary tasting and shares details about the wines in a friendly and approachable way. Their 2015 Cab is great (fruit forward) as is their Vintner's Blend (a nice spicy finish). The Chard is European rather than Californian... no descriptive words like "buttery"; thank goodness. Go visit this winery if you're in Junction or Fruita!
