Whitewater Hill Vineyards & Winery
Whitewater Hill Vineyards produces classic varietal wines at our farm winery overlooking our vineyards and the broad vista of the Grand valley of the Colorado River. This ancient seabed of mineral-rich limestone soils at 4600 feet combines warm days and crisp nights with austere growing conditions to produce wines that are full of flavor yet elegant and balanced.

Our winery and tasting room is located at 220 32 Road (state highway 141) in Grand Junction, Colorado. From I-70, take the Clifton exit and head south following the signs towards Montrose/Delta. We are on the east side of the highway at B Road. Our hours can change during the year, especially during winter (January - February), so please call ahead (970-434-6868).

Excellent wines. Staff is very knowledgeable about the different wines, and super friendly. Not afraid to recommend other wineries, depending on your tastes.

Beautiful surroundings, great vine. The team are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They really know how to make great vines. We felt welcome at the tasting room, or outdoor seating. Some of the best wines in the area. This is Colorado's hidden Napa Valley. We've never been disappointed in Whitewater Hill Vineyard wines. They really know there products. One of our very favorites.

The greatest Wine tasting experience ever! We began our day treated to more knowledge and information on all flavors of wine. Our host “Whip” treated us like royalty. One of my sons had never been to a winery and walked away with a wonderful appreciation on how to get the full flavor on his palate! A memorable day for us all. Than you!!

Amazing service! Ask for Whip! This was my first wine tasting and Whip was very knowledgeable in all the wines and different ways on how to tast, drink, identify and know what to look for in a wine and just honestly the best experience. My family has done alot of wine tasting they said it was the best they had. Thanks Whip!

This was the one winery we did two tastings at, after stopping at about 9 others in the area. Whitewater Hill has an impressive assortment of wines that are delicious, unique and reasonably priced. During the tastings, we had the pleasure of being served by Aleta and Whip who both were wonderful to hang out with.

Very nice winery with friendly staff. The wine tasting fee is waived for members, otherwise you will need to buy a bottle which is well worth it. The wine taste great and they have some fun souvenirs. I would highly recommend stopping here if you're in the area.

I recommend all of their wines! I love them all. When we go to Winefest, we always make sure to not only stop by their booth, we also head over to the winery. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable.

Update: July 2019...still rock! Approachable wines that are ready to drink now. Reasonable prices and quality on all selections!
Friendly staff, many different wines. Great Cab Franc, and solid Cab Sav...which they currently have a vertical.
Rose is great too, and plenty of whites and desert options. Even an ice wine, not my fav.
