Ordered the parillada for two. The queso flameado with chorizo was excellent, however, the chicken was dry, the beef was pastor-sliced rather than meaty strips, and the pork was hard and crunchy—very strange. When the waiter asked how our food was, we mentioned that the pork was way over-cooked, and his reply was thank you…that’s it—no attempt at rectifying the situation. At $32 for fajitas, very disappointing

We stopped at Don Julios first and ran out! Ended up at Manuel's and were so pleased especially with the margaritas and chips with salsa. All the food was delicious! Our server a young man was really hustling! All restaurants are short staffed these days, but I have to give this guy props! I wish I had caught his name!

Only place I've liked from Del Rio. I'm from El Paso and I would've hoped for better food and service from places here, as we have. This place was the only one to meet expectations, good beer selection, good pricing for both food and drinks. Steak was cooked nearly perfect and great service from Jennifer, she was attentive, pleasing and seemed like she had a good personality. Definitely will be coming back to spoil myself.

Joint was highly recommended by locals. During my first visit on a slow day it took forever to get food and drinks. The traditional margarita was terrible!! They didn't have my cut of meat and they were out of certain sides.
I gave them a 2nd chance on CincoDeMayo and they failed again. Not busy, food took forever and everyone's entree came out fresh and hot. Chips and salsa weren't good and my entree arrived after the other party had completed their meals!! " we apologize but your meal was dropped on the floor". Meal was ok but can guess I'm Not a Fan and there

Terrible service!!! Prices are hiked and the food is absolutely terrible. Go to another restaurant, I promise that you will enjoy McDonalds better than this disappoint of a restaurant. The food doesn't have any flavor. We were missing forks and spoons. They also gave us the wrong check, I repeat someone else's check. We got the steak raw when asked for well done and when taken back in, it was still so raw I could hear it chow on grass.

The restaurant staff was good at seating according to social distancing. However, we got a cup that was broken and leaking, no napkins given when asked for, incorrect order for both plates ordered, poor tasting food, chewy flour tortillas and flies. The salsa was delicious and was the best thing we had. The chips were hard and lacked flavor/salt. Also, the table had been cleaned prior to us sitting with old, stale smelling water/towel and we could smell it when sat.

Since it was my first visit, I asked the waitress for recommendations. She suggested the Bistek al Albanil if I like spicy and another cheese covered steak. In an attempt to be healthier, I went with the Bistek al Albanil. Huge steak with onions, tomatoes and serrano peppers served with beans and a baked potato. Watch out, there's some heat!
I shared a slice of flan with my friend. If you have a heartier appetite, it's probably not big enough for two.

The have great chips and salsa. That's about it
Food was pretty mediocre.
What really set me off and motivated me to write this review was the Queso Flameado. It's literally just microwave cheese over a few pieces of chorizo on a plate and that's 11$. It also took them 40 minutes to make 4 tacos. Great
I rarely take the time to write reviews. My meal in total was about 24$, half of which was for the melted cheese on a plate. If I'm paying this much at least maybe it can help someone avoid this experience or of management checks reviews, perhaps take corrective action to fix

I wish I could give a 4.5 only because of some minor service issues. By minor, I mean a longer than usual wait time to be seated, and having our margaritas empty for longer than we liked. That ends any negative part of this experience, and the ONLY reason I can't give 5 stars.
The staff was friendly and helpful with the menu. The margaritas are EXCELLENT, because they are handmade with fresh lime and NO sweet'n'sour...which is refreshing and amazing.
