Much to my disappointment we hired this firm to represent my daughter in a simple divorce. They took a retainer in advance for $3000.00 and I am still waiting for a refund of a little over $900.00 They charged me for their clerical error's on the documents when they had to be retyped. I had challenges in just getting them to respond on phone to hire them as I was put off twice just trying to speak to the Proprietor. I finally told them that I either here from them that day or I would find someone else. I had plans to use this firm for other business but based upon my experience and dissatisfaction

John Artuso - unwilling to work with less than simple accounts, obviously having a bad day. Told me to use LegalZoom for a will, this firm screams unprofessionalism. Good luck I'm going elsewhere **EDIT** I think they tried to delete this review as I had to repost it AGAIN later tonight. Something is going on with this company. After going through the nightmare of having my daughter whom lived with me primarily not returned after a spring break with her mom, hiring Matt Towson as my attorney was the best thing I have ever done. He guided me through, even at the expense of his own personal time, the process of going through the legal channels to get primary custody of my daughter back. A thing that in the current legal climate, is hard to do for fathers. Every penny was well spent, and let me tell you, this firm is the absolute best. Highly recommend! This firm will definitely have my business for anything going forward
