Check NADAguides.com before you EVER buy a used bike. Everything I see from them is WAY overpriced on used bikes. Granted most stealerships fleece you with BS “ we washed it- that’s 600.00 bucks” fees but these guys start out adding a grand on a bike that lists average retail at 4K … just me but that just trash. Because I KNOW they sure as hell got that bike for less than 3k

Found a listing for a used bike on their website. First guy says I can't test ride until I sign a bunch of sales paperwork. Hmm, doesn't see right. Next person says no problem, come test ride. Test ride revealed ABS problem with the bike. Obviously this bike was never even inspected before being put up for sale.
Diagnosis revealed it needed an ABS module, and Aces said that they would have to raise the price by $1,500 if I wanted it fixed. Turned a $5,500 bike into a $7,000 bike. They also told me that "The brakes work fine" and "lots of bikes don't have ABS" when I complained that it was a safety

My wife and I spent last Wednesday afternoon at Aces in Ft Collins, CO and enjoyed the absolute best motorcycle shopping experience weve ever had! Stu was our sales associate and we couldnt of asked for a more friendly, knowledgeable guy to assist us with the process. We never felt pressured or rushed, and knew that Stu honestly wanted us to be 100% satisfied with the bike and the deal we worked. I visited several dealerships when shopping for a used cruiser and Aces had the best inventory and friendly sales staff. Stu at the Ft. Collins location gave me all of the time I needed and was honest with his thoughts about each bike. Dave at the Denver location was equally friendly and easy to work with. I eventually found and purchased a bike that met everything on my list and at a fair price.

I tried to buy a 2017 z125. They started at $3500. New the bike is $3300. The bike also has been down on both sides with a cracked left fairing and scratched handle bar on the right and a chipped foot peg on the right. They were selling as is meaning they wouldn't of done anything about it. I would've given them $2500 cash for it if they were in the business of selling motorcycles

I visited ACES Motorcycles in Littleton, Colorado after seeing that they had a dirtbike I wanted in stock. Even though Dave, the sales manager, was busy with another customer, he still greeted me and let me know that he would be with me after finishing with the current customer.
Dave ensured that I got the bike I wanted at a price that was fair to me and the shop. After we shook on the deal, the finance manager, Cole, had me out the door in under 20 minutes with my new bike. Cole even helped me load it into my vehicle, included a T-stand, and some extra ratchet straps free of charge.

As a returning customer I felt inclined to post my buying experience with Aces. The deal I made this Saturday was my fourth purchase I've made with Aces since 2012. Steve Smith in sales was awesome to deal with and very helpful in making my decision easy. My husband went to ACES to get an estimate for his 1996 Harley Softtail Springer, for repairs . He had been to 2 other local independent shops. Everyone was very close in cost and length of time for the needed repairs. After reviewing everyones reviews, and talking with friends he ended up using ACES . Hubby picked up his motorcycle yesterday. Weather was nice yesterday and today, so he rode both days. ACES did the repairs under budget, and it's running great. They kept hubby updated on progress all along the way. Very friendly and professional shop. I will certainly recommend ACES

I went to ACES Motorcycles on S College last summer and bought my 14' Triumph Tiger for ~$9000. I went back to ACES Feb 22nd to make a deal to sell them my bike back for $5,800. On March 3rd my lender released the title to ACES meaning I expected the remainder of the $5,800 shortly after. Well fast forward a three and a half weeks to today and I am trying to balance my checkbook and accounts to realize that I have not gotten that money - nor I have not been contacted at all by ACES regarding that money.

Steve and Mike earned my trust and repeat business with the way they took care of me. I bought a 2010 Polaris snowmobile from Steve at ACES three weeks ago. I worked with Steve on the purchase and he took great care of me. I too manage a business, so I understand that problems pop up from time to time, but it is how they are addressed that defines the experience for me. It's rare to come across a quality, honest shop. Luckily, this is one of them. I've been through many shops over the years and Aces is top notch. Mark was very friendly and welcoming. His prices are extremely fair, unlike a shop I won't name off of Prospect and I/25 - roughly $160 for a tire (instead of $220) and labor was much more reasonable. He only replaced what was necessary and even showed me the old, worn parts (brake pads) afterwards. I'll be taking my bike here for as long as I'm in Fort Collins.

I am surprised to find a large number of used motorcycles available at Aces. One in particular that transported me here ... in a way. Like with anything "nearly new" be resourceful before going friends. Don't become a sucker just because you look like one - to a dealer. Take special note their prices seem to fluctuate depending on where you look; whether that's at the physical shop, their ebay page or their crags-list ads. The place is nice enough, however I have to query it's relationship to other specific "family owned and operated powersports" dealerships

Bought a bike here and was taken care of really well. They have a great selection of bikes and gear but nothing fancy so you know you are getting a good deal. My sales guy Steve was great in person and on the phone, and Matt in parts and gear was very helpful and patient helping me find a jacket and helmet. I am glad I decided to do business here and I will be going back in the future for everything I need for my new bike!
