First off let me start by saying that the office staff I spoke to Kris and Christina and whomever was at the desk directing my call were very professional and friendly! My calls were returned in a timely manor and my needs document wise were met! Took our Yamaha Wolverine on a Tuesday with an appointment, called Thursday at 2:30 and they still hadn't even touched it. Talked to the service manager (Phil) said he would look into it. They finally got it on the bench Thursday evening. They then called and said the job was more than expected which is great that they communicated that and the difference in price. Friday afternoon they called and said the exhaust dampener repair took an hour and a half longer that it was going to be an additional charge that he would call in a couple of hours when it was done. 5:30 I called because I hadn

I purchased my first bike from Tri City and have had great service from sales, parts and finance. The service department is a different story. They wasted my time and made me feel unimportant. I have spent good money in sales and with parts but as soon as I needed warranty work I was no longer important. I was lied to by the service manager Mike. When I went to pickup the bike mike offered to deliver bike but I decided they have wasted enough of my time so when I told him no he became short and unprofessional. I'm much more patient these days and decided to walk away from manager and not engage

I purchased a new Yamaha 212XE out of state and was not aware that the ballasts did not come with decontamination ports (which is required for lakes in Colorado). I had to find out the hard way when I attempted to take it on a lake and was rejected. I called Tri-City Cycle on a Monday night and spoke to Mike who not only knew right away what I needed but was also able to schedule me to bring the boat in the following day to get the ports installed at a reasonable price. On top of that, when I picked the boat up they were able to swap out the stock impellers for high altitude impellers AND Steve

I am a little bit late in posting this and it took contemplation on whether or not to give a business such a low rating. But this by far was the worst experience I have ever had with a service department I will never recommend this business to anybody in fact I would deter people from using this shop. Although I can't speak for the sales department if this business is run anything like their service department I have no idea how Yamaha allows them to be a dealer. I picked up a bike that was not fully assembled 6 months after I dropped off for service there was no rectification of the problem

Hands down worst service I have ever received. In short, the maintenance department held my bike for a full month after putting on tires that were too big and ruined the fender. The final outcome was them making no effort to fix the damage done to my motorcycle and leaving me to pay for / build a new fender. So after $400 and a full month without being able to ride in the summer weather, I basically am down one front fender and have to deal with a damaged set of tires that do not work for my bike.

Definitely should be zero stars.
Some friends recommended this place to me to take classes and buy a bike instead of some other places, but I shouldn't have listened to them.
I scheduled my classes for Monday and Tuesday July 13th and 14th, an emergency work situation came up and I couldn't attend the classes.
I called to reschedule my classes on Saturday which was the 11th, the person I was talking to replied with we can't do that we have a 48 hour policy.
I totally get it it's a policy, but absolutely no costumer service.
-it was an emergency I wanted to show and finish

I came in get a 600 mile service done on my motorcycle. Their rates were very competitive. They did a thorough job. Mark Dimick, was very professional, helped me get in with ease and did a great job patiently asking if I needed any other work done on my motorcycle. They called and let me know after once the service was complete in a timely manner. Julian was very friendly and helped check me out. He also patiently answered all my questions regarding exhaust systems and was very knowledgeable. I had a great experience and would recommend them highly for all your motorcycle needs.

These guys are rock solid. straight-shooters, fair-minded, great customer service and just all around good folks to work with. I live in LA and bought a 2017 F350 from Brady there after only phone discussions and photos exchanged, never saw the truck in person until I owned it. The truck was everything he said it was and much more! could NOT be happier. I'd buy from them again in a heart beat.

Experience was a pretty big bummer. Sales guy left me waiting for pretty much a payday's length of time and after I bought my bike I felt pretty ripped off. They overcharged me for a bike (my mistake) and treated me poorly.
Seems like a dealership meant for fat dentists wanting to line their garages with Harley's.
The girl that did the finance thing was good. She was the only not awful person I met there.
Highly recommend for fat dentists.

After reading my review, the owner of the dealership contacted me. We discussed my experience buying this motorcycle he agreed that the ball was dropped by the people who allowed the bike to be sold in this condition. We agreed on an equitable solution to get the motorcycle repaired. I appreciate the dealership owner standing by his word to correct this issue.

Spoken with Brady owner of Tri-City. He got this Sorted in 15mins. I'm updating to a 4 STAR.
He made everything good and provided the communication and customer service is as one would expect.

The car I bought was $84k and was sold with a set of upgrades within the price. The tuner box was missing, I've been chasing a solution on this now for 2 MONTHS!! Never have I had a call back, I've had to chase them by going in in PERSON. It&apos
