Arriving at a doctors office for the first time can be a nerve racking experience. Paperwork to fill out, new faces and names to learn, and getting to know your way around the office; this can hit the senses all the at same time causing overload. In contrast, at Imatrix Management Center our aim is to remove any stressor causing unnessesary tension and make you feel comfortable.
Chiropractic care is like building a house - certain things have to happen in a particular order in order for everything to stand strong and work correctly. When building a house, if you tried to put up your walls before you had a solid foundation, your walls would be weak and eventually collapse. If you tried to put on your roof before the walls were ready, you would run into the same problem.
Most people are under the assumption that if they don't feel any pain that there is nothing wrong with them - that they are healthy. Unfortunately, pain is a very poor indicator of health. In fact, pain and other symptoms frequently only appear after a disease or other condition has become advanced.
Most chiropractors regard the elimination of symptoms as the easiest part of a persons care. If all that the chiropractor does is to reduce the pain and stop there, the chances of the condition recurring are much greater. In order to prevent a rapid recurrence of symptoms, it is necessary to continue receiving care even though your symptoms are gone.
Once your body has fully healed, routine chiropractic care can help ensure that your physical problems do not return, and keep your body in optimal condition. Just like continuing an exercise program and eating well in order to sustain the benefits of exercise and proper diet, it is necessary to continue chiropractic care to ensure the health of your musculoskeletal system.

The staff is very unprofessional. Never a smile or hello from the front desk. Front desk will just stick their hand out and look at you vs having a casual convo and nicely asking for your form of payment. Demand you wear a mask but majority of their staff does not wear one. I understand getting along with your coworkers but there is a time and place to have loud conversation or inappropriate conversations within each other. Overall very unsatisfied, the DR. need to reevaluate who he brings on board. They literally ruin his reputation and his business.

I absolutely LOVE the environment here, Dr. Paul Munoz, DC at El Paso Doctors of Chiropractic, has been extremely helpful in relieving my back pain ( I sit at a computer for hours working). He also taught me the benefits of acupuncture, which I had no idea REALLY HELPS, until now! I highly recommend him.

I experienced very poor customer service from the office staff. I was given misinformation regarding my billing and copay(this wasn’t the first time). The front desk personnel was very rude once I questioned it. This is unfortunate since I was previously satisfied with the level of care I had received.
