My husband and I are local business owners in Hamden, CT. We previously bought a small fortune over the years from this company on various quality office furniture - desks, book cases, work stations, cubicles. Now we need some service, had many conversations with staff since July 2019 to request setting up an appointment to come out and help us. We understand they are busy, and our service needs are small potatoes to them, but we feel that since we are not purchasing anything right now, they have put us at the bottom of the list and have forgotten about us.
