This is a clear case of dej vu. The first time Porch & Patio opened its doors was in 1950, with Sid Teitelman and his wife Hilda at the helm. They built a vibrant business, opening 6 stores with quality brands, top notch customer service and a strong devotion to their loyal staff. This time, Jeff Heitmann, has opened the new Porch & Patio in the very same location.

Jeff, the owner talk about customer service WOW!! ,he will always have my business from now on.
He took care of a issue I had with a broken patio chair I bought elsewhere.He sent it to get fixed/replaced at no cost to me.

Dean at Porch & Patio was amazing and helpful and kept in constant communication with me until the issue for repair was done. Repair was needed due to high winds at our house. The service Dept. also was in constant communication before and after the repair was done. Repair person was friendly courteous and informative and also wore a mask the entire time. I would recommend this business from sales to service.

Amazing customer service --I had a problem with a couple of my chairs that I purchased -I called and spoke with the owner Jeff and within hours the chairs were picked up fixed and being being delivered back to me . I highly recommend Porch and Patio as they have proven to me they not only sell beautiful outdoor furniture -they stand by what they sell and do everything very quickly to remedy any problem. --Thank you Jeff Heitmann and staff of porch and patio for wonderful service.
