I signed a short term lease at this location for 6 months because I was in the area for an internship. On my way out, the landlord stole over $800 from my security deposit and is refusing to give it back. I was a great tenant and left my apartment spotless. Being a student and during a pandemic, the landlord was rude, inconsiderate and awful. I would not recommend this location to anyone. It is not worth it to deal with these greedy people. I am still struggling to get my money back and taking classes as a full time student at the same time. Dont waste your time even looking at this place.

I've complained several times about people smoking in their apartments and it hasn't changed at all. Too bad they claim to have a smoke free environment or my partner would not have chosen to live here. The hallways and stairwells are consistently filled with trash and they don't seem to care about people parking in no parking zones.
Edit: Please know that I have indeed stopped by the management office several times. The problems persist regardless.

I've been here over 7 years on my own and living with my uncle now that I don't have section 8 priorities are the ones that have some type of assistance! after 5 months of asking for my bathroom to be fixed it got done half way and now it's been 2 weeks since they left it done half way but everyone has an excuse for everything as soon as I can i will be moving out of this place that has changed for the worse and I'm not the only tenant with issues I will be telling them how to do a review as well if they choose to any how

Thank you Cordovan for having my car towed for $125. Your name is no where in on that lot. It says residence only ! I have been parking there for six months !!!! I live in the community I had no idea !!!No warning just towed away ! Now the lot is empty. I hope you have satifaction in taking Christmas gifts away from my family. Enjoy your empty lot and making people park far away from thier homes in the freezing cold....
