Right next to The 495. Nice exterior. Parking somewhat limited. Has disabled parking right by the canopied door. The apartment I saw was spacious and had plenty of room for your needs, including the kitchen, dining space and livingroom and bathroom. The corridors where bland, as if totally neglected and gave an empty feeling, and worse.
I am unfamiliar with the costs. The apartments are near Lawrence General Hospital. The are on the outskirts of downtown Lawrence, and a long walk, which I would not recommend.

The apartments are nice, but the management lacks in a lot of understanding. The whole place is run by a computer and the manager lets us know that. I ended up having to leave and I bought myself out of the lease, but after I gave management the money they demanded more money for random fees that did not apply to me. But the parking is also a mess, and the way to get into the doors is kinda lame. You have to basically call your phone with they keypad

Not bad neighborhood BUT for the amount of money they ask for rent some utilities should be included and parking should be assigned and the bad thing is the rent goes up every year. Parking lot is a drug dispensary with no end to it. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Save your money! Yes the location and neighborhood maybe good, but this complex is trash! Parking is small if you own a pick up truck good luck to you on parking it in these Narrow spaces. There no strick parking policy here, yes there’s parking permits but it’s not enforced plus they don’t have visitor parking so parkings the worst. Just by living here for a year this place is gone down hill from trash all over the parking lot from these discussing people who live here and maintenance not picking up around the property! You can hear everything Going on in the hallway from inside the apartment
