Heritage Grove is seeking volunteers for their Board of Directors. Directors are responsible for setting policies, approving budgets, and helping to direct strategic planning. They evaluate operations and maintain financial performance standards for the credit union. They are also responsible for appointing the credit union's President/CEO, who reports directly to the board.

Heritage Grove randomly decided to perform online banking “scheduled maintenance” that was not posted on their website, Facebook, or Twitter. They sent no emails in advance, no texts, and gave no warning that their entire online banking system would be down. They give no information on how long it will be down, and they have decided not to accept incoming ACH Direct Deposits. So not only was my entire paycheck delayed, but I had no access to transfer funds from my savings through the app or the website. It is greatly appreciated when I cannot access my own money, with no information regarding

Decent bank. Just don't file any disputes. They won't help you and will find any reason not to. I'll probably go to a different bank that cares about their customers. I filed a dispute because a company isn't fulfilling their warranty and the bank said they won't help me because, "they tried to resolve it it with me." When they didn't try to resolve it with me, they're just trying to rip me off and Heritage Grove doesn't care that they are.

I called the bank twice today and my husband called 2 times as well. My husband left a detailed message as asked in the recording since teller line was busy. No one called us back. Pulled up at Drive Through at 5:06 pm. The teller Sandra advised they close at 5:00 now and she couldn't help. I tried to explain the situation. I also had my husband on my cell phone also trying to help understand and explain. Sandra refused to help. She blamed it being the 1st as why no one called us back. Garrett also a teller did nothing to help. All I needed to do was transfer between 2 Heritage Grove accounts and

This place has never been great, but now they are using Covid as an excuse for extremely poor management. The lack of competent management has caused them to fail in providing the most basic banking services. I don't think this is a business that will survive in the current climate. Refusing coin deposits while at the same time refusing to distribute coins even in small amounts makes this company part of the problem, not part of the solution.

I have dealt with this company for quite some time I was with them when they were originally Oregon Employees Federal Credit Union now they're the Heritage Grove Federal Credit Union I love the workers they are very friendly caring and generous and they're willing to answer any questions you have and if they do not know they're willing to find out for you and get back to you as soon as possible thank you guys so very much you guys have done me good in the almost 20 years I've had you I look forward to continuing to do business with you

You cant call any of there numbers after 5pm to get help with your cards. There toll free number is disconnected that it shows in there mobile app.
My credit card isn't being accepted at stores and I don't know why. This has happened multiple times including when I have been out of state.
Edit: They called me and rectified the issue the monday after that weekend. The lady that called me was very nice and help full.
The number on the mobile app was wrong and so they are going to fix that.

Uncharacteristically, I was given widely different answer to the same question by different staff. I reported a lost or stolen debit card and was told by one staff it would take two weeks to get a new card and if I didn't like that, there are two other credit unions in West Salem where I could take my money. After being a loyal customer for over 30-years, now I have to go through the lengthy process of moving my automatic-pay bills to a different bank. Is Heritage Grove losing sight of why they were so highly respected for many years?
