Terribly disappointed in my experience there. After spending $270.00 my car window still doesn’t work. They just shrugged it off. Sorry, not sure why it doesn’t work. I’ve never dealt with a company that doesn’t actually try to fix the problem and just gives up.

I had really high hopes for this place since the reviews where great, but have been very disappointed. I guess if you don't have a straight forward problem that needs to be fixed they can't help you. My car is still leaking in the top right hand corner where the windshield and car meet. I also asked them each time I had taken my car in if they would silicon underneath the trim where I think the leak might be coming from (which they said they could/would do, they never did). This could have been a 15 mins and cheap simple fix, but they replaced the entire windshield.... that not what I asked for

These folks are awesome I had a windshield put in a few days before and the adhesive didn't take so my windshield literally fell out and these people fixed it for me I would recommend anybody to go there if you're going through Abilene

Absolutely amazing people. I went there expecting to have to replace the windshield. The man that came out said "let me see if we can fix it instead of replacing it" he could have said you need to replace the windshield and on my Jeep it would have been over 500.00 but he was honest and was able to fix the Crack and it only cost me 45.00. I've used him a total of 3 times and I am very grateful for him being so honest. I highly recommend them. They are very fast and do it right the first time. It's been about a month now and the crack has not spread.

I have had 3 rock chips fixed at Abilene Auto Glass. The first two were fixed quickly and affordably & have held up great! The third was already too far gone to fix when I brought it in. They warned me that it would likely continue to spread, but they were nice enough to still take the time to put resin on it to try to hold it off as long as possible, and they did it free of charge! Very happy with their service & will continue to use them for my auto glass needs.

Had my windows tinted by The Window Guy Xerxes Lara at this establishment. He did a great job on the window tint, and all of the staff at Abilene Auto Glass were very helpful, and accommodating of me and my 5 year old daughter, while we waited in their waiting room for the job to be completed. Highly recommend their service!
