Had a small crack in windshield, which grew from top to half ways through it. Needed to replace it, spoke with Torres Auto Glass and had windshield, and tinted brow installed. Customer service, and quality for the price, was great. Very nice and thorough, about whole process. Was highly Satisfied! with the service!

I called them Tuesday and set up an appointment for Friday (today). I show up at my scheduled time and he remembers talking to me. Said he has my phone number and everything. Verified the vehicle I needed the windshield replaced in. Then turns around and says that his "secretary" went in vacation and didn't order it. He still went out looking for it and came back and said sorry it wasn't ordered. Turns out he doesn't have a secretary. Also, he never offered to put the order in and set up a new date or even do a discount. He said sorry and just stared at me like I'm

Had my windshield replaced here and then starting issues with my car Fob,interior light, clock, AC & Tire Pressure indicator. They checked fuse, called out to a mechanic for next steps,made an appointment with mechanic to review cause of the issue & kept in constant dialogue with me. They also apologized profusely for the issue. The date was a few days to see their mechanic so I went to my car dealership to see if they could diagnose what the issue was & they did. It was a blown fuse which they changed at no cost. Torres Auto glass & I were so relieved that the issue was fixed. Thanks Torres Auto

If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would! They really saved us when our windshield suddenly started coming away from the vehicle. He was able to meet us where we were, and he immediately was able to figure out the problem and get it fixed. And at a very reasonable rate, as well! Great company -- highly recommend!!

Best around hands down. This man is great. He opened up after hours for me to drop off my car. He kept my car stored safe for me until I could get enough money to come get it. He opened up once again for me to pick up my car when they were closed. They vacuumed all the broken glass out of my car. If I could rate them more than 5 stars I would. I will for ever use them as long as they are in business. They have the best prices around too!! Thank you Torres auto glass for the great experience.
