The moving team and the office people were very courteous and professional. You can't beat the price and peace of mind it provided us. Nate and TJ did an excellent job communicating, packing, and unloading, BOTH TRIPS! The extra steps they took to make sure all our items were secured and protected, made it such a quality job. Kyle even made an extra trip to make sure our treadmill was assembled correctly. Had us moved in no time, even with our awkward items! Can't recommend Spokane Pro Movers enough, thank you so much.

Nate and TJ (and this company) were amazing to work with. TJ and Nate were very considerate of my belongings and were quick to offer assistance with repairs/adjustments throughout the process (my belongings had traveled 2000 miles and had been in storage for two years prior to this move into a local home). We have had five major moves in our life and have lived as far away as Indiana. We rank Spokane pro as #1 in all the movers we’ve experienced. TJ, Nate, and Corey were excellent. They showed up on time which was a first for us. They were professional, efficient, and took care of our valuables. Nothing was damaged and they knocked the job out quicker than we expected. We definitely recommend this crew and the company!

Kyle and TJ were absolutely phenomenal with ensuring our moving experience was as smooth as possible. They cared about everything we had concerns about and were incredibly professional. They regularly checked in with us during the moving day and communicated to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. If we ever need moving services again, we’d for sure use them again.

My team was great! Tristan , Nate and Dee were all so courteous, kind and strong hard workers. They took the extra mile to ensure my items were carefully loaded and unloaded. Spokane Pro Movers came to the rescue when our scheduled movers ghosted us. We set up our planned movers several weeks before hand, but when we called to verify that we were all set the day before we arrived to the Spokane area in our 26 foot U-Haul, they simply ignored our messages and texts. So that left us calling around the morning we need to unload our U-Haul and we were SO thankful that Spokane Pro Movers were able to quickly send a team over to help. In fact, the owner himself dropped everything and came to help us unload our U-Haul. We were beyond grateful to have the help moving our furniture

I just received a quote to move to Phoenix from Spokane to include one bedroom set, clothes (a lot), one antique chair, two barstools, dishes, fine China, glasses, silverware, other kitchen items. I received a quote for $10, 500 and 60 plus boxes. This is one person moving, not the entire household!! I was flabbergasted when i saw the quote. I was also quoted 3,800 by my original moving company in Phoenix. Needless to say, I will not be using their services.

Horrible! All we had them do was pack the kitchen (because that's the breakables) and pack the truck. Easy, right?!? Nope. I have broken dishes, dents in my pans, scratches, dents and missing parts on all my furniture! There were boxes from the kitchen that had NO packing!! My kitchen items were just thrown into the box! My Electra bike has scratches and rub marks. My wooden table is missing a leg. My antique piano and trunk have scratches and rub marks all over it. I have pictures of it all. So broken-hearted I can't believe it!!!

We needed help On a Saturday unloading our uhaul , moving furniture in and other pieces around. We took some items to goodwill. We took some items to the dump. We had some to items to take back to our other home. The team was awesome. On time. Professional. Skilled. Helpful. Flexible. I highly recommend.

The owner (Kyle) is genuinely concerned about the issues with my move and has kept in constant contact with me since he was made aware of the issues. He will be out today to move the remaining boxes to the correct floor.
Because of his conscientious manner in handling this I am changing my rating to a 3 star. I'm really sorry this happened but I appreciate that he's trying to make it right.

The movers took their time and at $150/hr it adds up. The starting time was supposed to be 9 am. They started the clock for payment at 745 for "travel time" but the business was only 3.5 miles from our house. I was quoted 9 hours for a 4 bedroom house. The movers loaded the truck without utilizing space. This took 5 hours. And it was half of our house. They went to the wrong storage unit which wasted 1.25 hours. They did not charge us for this time. By the time they loaded our storage unit it had been 9 hours. I called it. They didn't utilize the space in the storage unit so by the

I was in a time crunch and I contacted Spokane Pro Movers and they came out the same day! They were professional, friendly and trustworthy. Although we had some hiccups along the way, they went above and beyond to accommodate for me and I am very grateful that I chose them!
