We have been coming to Douglassville Veterinary Hospital since 1999 and everyone there has always taken very good care of our dogs. Atmosphere was extremely pleasant and the area was very well cleaned. The veterinarian and tech were extremely knowledgeable, courteous and great bedside manner. Reception was friendly and helpful.

If your pet is a senior-over seven for dogs, over nine for cats-we strongly suggest twice-yearly exams and blood screenings.

I was extremely blown away,I had a curbside appointment with them and it was my first time there I took my puppy lilbear, I was concerned having that type of appointment not being able to go in but I was very wrong to worry .
The vet called while he was in there and I felt like I was in the room with them, she answered every question with tons of information in such a beautiful kind and friendly way I was so comfortable to ask anything I needed to very patient loving beautiful people I highly recommend them ❤️

I adopted my puppy about a month ago! Dr. Carley Morgan and her staff did an amazing job with making me and my puppy’s first vet visit amazing! They listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions and provided great information as well! 100% using Dr. Morgan and her staff for all our future vet visits! Also a very clean, safe, and welcoming environment when you walk in as well which was another plus!!!

We moved to the area about 3 months before our Winston passed. Every single staff member was absolutely amazing. We recently relocated an hour and a half away and we still take our pups because of how incredible, patient and kind everyone is. Our pups fell in love with Courtney-one of the vet techs-and we loved her so much she came to our house twice a week to let our pups out!

I know you can not control what employees do outside of the work place but when one of your Veterinarians and her girlfriend not only participates in an active smear campaign against another business, their employees, customers, and are the main contributors, really makes me wonder what type of employees you hire. It is very unprofessional.

This is the first time we have seen or worked with Dr. Morgan. She was wonderful! Even though I haven't met her in person, speaking with her on the phone was a pleasure. She explained everything that was going on and gave recommendations of next steps. She even called me back with a pathology report after what I would think would be business hours. She was kind and caring and understood that we will be leaving for vacation and treatment can now be worked around that. Very pleased with our recent visit after having not such a great experience the time before this.

I had THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER at a veterinary clinic in all my 57 years. My dog was ill and they got me in very next day. Clean, professional, SO KIND, staff amazing and doctor very thorough and very clear. Everything was explained to me and my questions answered thoroughly and without feeling stupid. I’m so grateful and will never go anywhere else now that I’ve found them. Absolutely the best. Thank you thank you thank you!!!
